Honestly the most beautiful and the best hotel experience I’ve had in China! The hotel is situated in the gorgeous Mingshi village and our stay at Mingshi Yaju gave us complimentary access to the paid scenic area. The hotel is also conveniently 30 minutes from the main attraction - Detian Waterfall. Our stay included delicious breakfast, daily fruits and desserts, complimentary bamboo raft and cycling experience. They also have gym, pool and shuttle amenities. The staff there were extremely friendly and helpful! Sincerely want to thank Miss Zhou (周小姐）for making our stay so amazing. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful location and astonishing environment. The staff at the hotel are nice and very kind, we've found their attention and kindness over our expectations. Food at the nearby resort/restaurant isn't bad either but surely limited in terms of options. Back to the hotel...nothing to complain, we had a very relaxing, comfortable and pleasant stay. We will be probably back with family and friends. Strongly recommended!

What an experience! This place is a peaceful and tranquil oasis. Beautifully designed buildings especially the main space with the pool. This place is quite remote but the view outside the room was amazing!

This is really a resort with classy designs, good amenities, sumptuous breakfast, lots to do (or to tour) nearby and fantastic service. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and wished we could stay longer.

This hotel was amazing! Every aspect was built with comfort, beauty and relaxation in mind. The setting of the hotel is in the perfect spot right on the river and surrounded by towering mountains.They should add "resort" to the name. The room was plush and spacious with a great view of both river and mountains. The infinity pool is amazing and built for relaxation. It has comfortable cabana style lounge chairs literally in the pool. The staff is very attentive and met every need. They also provide shuttle service to the river rafting starting point and provide bicycles for riding around the countryside. (The hotel is also the end point of the river rafting trip.) The only downside is that the hotel is difficult to get to. Apparently there are plans to make this town into a tourist destination. Most of the major roads were torn up and the facades of most buildings are under construction. Even with that, being at the resort makes all that irrelevant. If you need a place to wash all your stress away, this is the perfect place. If I had one recommendation, it would be to think about foreign guests in terms of adult beverages. There is a beautiful bar right next to the pool... but one doesn't want tea while at the pool. Everything else about this hotel is perfect.

I don’t speak Chinese so it was a bit harder to communicate. Rooms are done nicely but the exterior looks a bit old. Cultural show is a nice touch. Infinity pool is nice

We booked a small house with a private entrance and yard. The scenery along the river is very nice and the facilities in the room are complete. The hotel is located in the scenic area, the cycling path is also beautiful, and it is also nice to take a walk around the museum. Good night dessert, breakfast noodles and porridge are very delicious. The service is very good, the lady is very enthusiastic, and the WeChat group replies immediately.

Before checking in, you will add the housekeeper's WeChat, and the housekeeper will send the hotel's location and other information first, and will also give away many items. You must go to the bamboo raft given by the hotel! It is better than the bamboo raft experience of buying tickets in the scenic area! There are only four guests and one staff member on our boat. It is very pleasant to drink tea and eat snacks while enjoying the scenery. You must also participate in the bonfire party in the evening. We participated twice in succession, once in the outdoor square (with a lighting ceremony) and once on the indoor stage on a rainy day. The a**osphere is very good and the two performances are slightly different. The host is humorous and knowledgeable. He shared a lot of knowledge about the Zhuang people. The young actors are also very full of emotions and very happy (Chinese people's own disco)/The hotel will put good night desserts in the guest room every night, draw the blackout curtains, and put fresh fruits, which is very considerate. They will also greet guests enthusiastically when they see them. You can also borrow the hotel's bicycles to travel around the Mingshi Tianyuan Scenic Area

Very, very good B&B, living in the core location of Mingshi Tianyuan, the view is right outside the door and window, it has its own small dock, you can make an appoin**ent to go out for a boat trip at any time, it is very close to the filming location of Hua Qiangu and the popular Fish Scale Dam, with mountains, water, flowers, blue sky and white clouds. Very, very beautiful. The bed in the hotel is very comfortable, the key is that the bathroom is large and the faucet has plenty of water. The service is very good, everything is perfect. Highly recommended

When I arrived at Mingshi Yaju, I felt that this trip was really worthwhile. The mountains and waters were beautiful, the environment was better, the service was better, the sanitary facilities were good, and the welcome fruits and evening desserts were very thoughtful.

The scenery is really beautiful, and the bamboo raft afternoon tea provided by the hotel is also great. Sitting on the bamboo raft and walking slowly between the mountains and rivers, drinking afternoon tea, leisurely and comfortable ❤️If the weather is better, it will be even better... It is really super hot and humid at the end of May, and it rains when it says it will rain, as if water can come out of the air if it is squeezed 😓 The view from the room is also good, but the light feels a little dim. Maybe this is the effect the boss wants 😄 The goodnight dessert every day is very considerate. Breakfast is by portion. I think it's okay. My family thinks it's average. It depends on personal taste. If you don't like it, you can go to the Chinese restaurant in the villa to eat. There are more varieties there. The rice noodles are in chicken soup. I went there for breakfast for the last two days. The hotel service staff are very enthusiastic. Every day when they pass by the front desk, they will ask if they want to spray mosquito water. When it rains, they will drive a shuttle bus to pick them up. They will respond to any request. You can also wear the hotel's national costumes to take pictures. In addition to the weather being too hot, it is absolutely a five-star rating ❤️
