環境衞生方面總體是可以的，就是牀頭櫃感覺舊了點，跟整體的新裝修格格不入。但是這個價位還有智能馬桶和乾濕分離，性價比真的天花板了。

到了前台被告知定的是2樓樓梯房，我提出換一下樓層，被告知沒有房間了；後一步到前台的一名男性客户跟我定的同樣價格房間，定的5間，前台直接熱情接待，陪同到4樓看房間。我繼續要求換樓層，前台又説必須要加錢才可以換（這會兒又有房間了）。晚上11點半窗外還在施工，噪音嚴重擾民。隔壁房間接電話，聊天聽得一清二楚，隔音效果是真的差。

璞裏在達州算比較好的酒店，酒店設施設備很齊全，餐廳，茶坊，住宿，應有盡有，房間佈局也很合理，衞生打掃的很乾凈，基本都滿意。而且位置還比較好，鬧中取靜，下次還來這裏住，離火車站近，下火車來辦入住，再出去找吃飯的地方，很方便。前台小妹莎莎服務態度很好，熱情有禮貌，笑起來甜甜的很可愛。

公司出差去達州統一定的這裏，大概10個人連續住了5天，衹因為丟了張房卡就被前台索賠50元，而且沒有明碼標價，大家千萬別去這家酒店坑得很

前台完全沒得服務意識。因為酒店沒有停車場需至其他地方停，我去前台問哪裡可以停車，前台態度敷衍的説斜對面（她所説的斜對面是出了巷子後馬路斜對面且是一個學校的停車場，對於外地人來説真的找不到。）我再三詢問她才説明是馬路對面的學校。

朋友推薦才來的，真是狠狠打朋友的臉啊！
來的時候被告知訂的房間在二樓衹能走樓梯，並且外面施工可能會吵，然後前台説加30塊的差價能夠升級房型到樓上，並且保證不會吵。補了三十塊後給我安排到了五樓，剛進房間還是挺不錯的，空間夠大，但衞生間裏煙頭和頭髮都還有。
到了十點左右，才發現隔壁就是一個機麻房，房間一點都不隔音，隔壁一直在大聲的吵鬧，能夠聽清他們説話，説的什麼都能聽清。就這樣一直吵到了三點十幾分才沒有吵了。早上八點工地開始施工，工地上的敲擊聲，隔壁電視聲，真的花將近兩百塊的價格來給自己找罪受！！！！！！
