My room was clean but the overall experience and hospitability was not great. The employee who checked me in never offered any formal greeting or even opened her mouth to share my room number or information about breakfast. I traveled with a co-worker who had a broken tv in her room.

We stayed for a week, was hoping to come back to relax in a pool, no pool, no discount, they asked if we want daily room service or every other day, we said every other did not come till last day of stay. Breakfast food was not bad, one day the sausage were still frozen. The staff over all were friendly and nice.

The day before I arrived Lansing had a huge storm, and many were without power. When I arrived at the hotel I was informed that the hotel had no rooms because of the power issue. By the time I arrived, every hotel in the Lansing area was full because of the number of hotels that were without power. I would have appreciated a call and then I could have made alternate reservations. It could be the best hotel in the world and I would not stay there again because of this issue. The front desk clerk was very nice when she told me the bad news, and I understand that she was just the messenger

the room smelled incredibly strong of mold and mildew. the shower drain was clogged so you stood in several inches of water while taking a shower. the sheets were cheap and scratchy. the pool and workout facility were closed due to “maintenance”. only the staff were friendly

I loved my stay at your hotel but the only problem was if you are not going to have microwave in every room at least have them in your eating area but everything was wonderful

Nice staff and nice looking hotel at first appearance. That being said room had a musty smell, especially when running the A/C; there was also no tissue or body wash in the room. Would not stay here again due to the musty smell.

Asked for a different room on another floor as our first room had a bad musty smell because of a flood in a nearby room. Staff were very accommodating in changing our room

Nice motel, clean and quiet, easy to find. Staff not overly friendly though, on check in they woman didn’t smile, welcome me, or tell me about their breakfast service. Not real frie- same way with the morning staff other than the sweet woman who tends the breakfast food. She was sweet. I like friendly people, makes a difference!
