Everything is awesome. But being a global brand, the hotel can equip with water heater by considering Asian guest.

Small kitchen with microwave at room. Good location and friendly staffs. No curtains to block sun

The hotel did not honor the room I booked.., and the check in was difficult. Small room… Bad pillows.. Fair breakfast.. The elevators were ok.. There’s a CVS close to the hotel (05 minutes walking). I’d not stay again.

Location is good and the room is spacious and free shuttle bus just 1 minute walking distance from the hotel. This free shuttle bus of course only cover 2-3 miles distance within city centre, not the entire city. Good thing about this hotel is simple breakfast is free.

A fun get away, excellent stay. The staff was fantastic!!

It is near to a lot of eateries and a shopping street. The rooms are well equipped. We also travel to Boulder, a beautiful city in Colorado.

Great hotel

Very clean and comfortable!

The hotel is very new and clean. It is located on the main street in downtown Denver, with the 16th Street Mall behind it. It is about 15 minutes walk from Union Station and about 20 minutes walk to the Ball Arena to watch a game.

The room is quite big and the location is good, but the hotel is like a self-employed guesthouse. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, they don't look like a regular hotel. The hygiene is worrying. The bedsheets were not changed by the previous guest. They were wrinkled and dirty. I went to the front desk three times to ask for someone to change them. After waiting for more than an hour, they said the room number was wrong. As soon as I got out of the elevator, there was obvious garbage everywhere in the corridor. Hot water for tea was provided on the first floor. I went up and down the stairs three times to ask for it and took a water cup, but there was no hot water. In short, it has a Hilton sign, but in reality everything is made up of the worst.

The hotel is located in the city center, very close to the University of Colorado Denver. I saw a big blue bear on the way to the apartment. I could hear the sirens of fire trucks every day and there were homeless people on the road, but the hotel was still very safe and the breakfast was good.

The room is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and a refrigerator so that you can heat up your takeout food easily. It is very suitable for families traveling together.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, and you can walk to surrounding attractions. In addition, the hotel staff's service is also very good. I will visit again next time I come to Denver.
