"The desk staff were friendly and accommodating. They gave me a 19th floor room. The crows outside this location were the most exquisite fabulous experience I think i've ever had at a hotel. I felt that you all should make use of the experience and build them some shelter and accommodate them more luxuriously , so they're a well taken care of part. The amount of bird s*** all over the ground doesn't really bother you if you have all these awesome blackbirds there, but it could be maintained in a really much more connected healthy way. They\nLive there , and it's like the only trees downtown , really. Please don't cut the trees down instead.Build some cool bird boxes and use them as an art exhibit, it will attract people. Even the Denver hotel Populusis supposed to be like an aviary or something. Thank you!"

"Suggestions for improvement for Holiday Inn Express based on our stay experience: better guest communication is needed, especially informing guests ahead of time regarding non-working air conditioning before arrival. Daily housekeeping consistency should also be improved. Adding basic room amenities such as a refrigerator and complimentary dental kits inside the room would enhance guest comfort. Despite these concerns, the free lobby coffee, 24-hour gym access, and accommodating staff were appreciated. With improved maintenance, communication, and room service, the hotel experience could become much better for future guests."

"The location is convenient and the shuttle service is reliable, but it's shared with multiple hotels — I had to wait nearly two hours to board after missing two full rounds due to overcrowding. To make things worse, check-in took almost another hour, with only one staff member handling a long queue. The stay itself was okay, but the poor handling of peak-time logistics really tested our patience."

"beautiful city view with two large windows, superb location and friendly staffs. I love the fruit  flavoured water they provided.  But there's a lot of ash on bedside tables. And very loud alarm from police  car and ambulance in the midnight woke me up several times."

"I personally have a very good impression of Renaissance, and I feel that Renaissance is one of the best hotels of the same level. This Renaissance Hotel was converted from the Bank of Colorado, and it is very classical and magnificent. Many classical hotels have more or less some problems, such as old rooms, damaged equipment, chaotic management, etc., but this Renaissance has no such problems at all, and you can stay there with confidence (the location is also very good). This Renaissance is not the most expensive hotel I have ever stayed in, but it is one of the best hotels I have ever experienced in the United States."
