Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang. Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles. Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do.

This stay was absolutely perfect! Front desk staff member Yuan Bao was incredibly attentive, proactively helping with my luggage upon arrival, quickly completing check-in, and providing detailed directions to the surrounding area. The room was sparkling clean, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the bathroom's separate shower and toilet was very refreshing. The breakfast offered both Western and Chinese options, all fresh and delicious. Upon check-out, they even inquired about my stay. The service was warm and unobtrusive throughout, making it perfect for both business and leisure travel. A five-star experience; I was extremely satisfied with everything from the service and the environment to the hotel's cleanliness. The butler was also excellent, responding promptly and showing great care. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Sanxingdui. The hotel is considered one of the better hotels in Deyang. It is located on the riverside of the hotel, which is more convenient. The reservation was not for a new building. When I first entered the hotel, I thought I had made a mistake. I should live in the oldest building of the hotel. The hotel's service is indeed good, and the front desk staff are also very enthusiastic. The service in the room is also good. When checking in, there is a glass of warm water in the room, which is very heartwarming. The only drawback is that the facilities are relatively old, so the bathroom is very small, and the location of the toilet is unreasonable, which makes it very inconvenient.

The only downside is that there are fewer restaurants and pharmacies downstairs to eat, and you need to walk across the road to another street more than 300 meters away to eat.

The hotel is relatively new, with spacious, clean, and hygienic rooms. It's quiet at night, ensuring my elders had a good night's rest. The hotel's location is extremely convenient. It's within a 10-minute drive of the high-speed rail station and the Deyang Confucian Temple commercial area, and about a 30-minute drive of the Sanxingdui Museum. Overall, my whole family was extremely satisfied with this hotel for our trip!
