Front desk staff member Yuan Bao was incredibly attentive; she proactively helped with my luggage upon arrival, quickly completed check-in, and even provided detailed directions to the surrounding area. The room was sparkling clean, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the bathroom's separate shower and toilet was very refreshing. Upon check-out, she even inquired about my stay. The service was warm and unobtrusive throughout, and the butler service was excellent. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Sanxingdui. I'm very satisfied. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles. Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do.

Come out to play with friends. Driving here, the river is in front of the hotel, the scenery is very good, we arrived in the afternoon, the parking lot staff was very enthusiastic to help us find the parking space, the service was very warm, next time I came to Deyang or came to their home.
