從來沒有住過這麼爛的酒店，床單有破洞，被套補丁好幾塊

我已第三次入住該酒店，這次最差，在此意見幾點：1，環境太密閑，化學香精太濃。2，浴巾有人體味（建議自查）。3，早餐無咖啡。4當天很熱，空調無效，住了三天回來就病毒感染了。（高度懷疑上個客人）。

衞生：房間沙發旁邊還有上位住客留下的煙灰
環境：空氣中一股黴味，房間牆壁上，衞生間都是黴斑
服務：前台人員衹有一位，辦入住要等，退房要等
設施：諾大的一個酒店不知道怎麼淪落成這個樣子
