I found the hotel good for family or solo travel. Rooms were neatly arranged. Lobby were maintained.

Breakfast was not at all good. Same breakfast was served everyday. Rooms were ok. Reception staffs were courteous. They should have better food option and there were not much of amenities as per the tariffs charged

The hotel room had cockroaches in it. I stayed there for 3 nights and there was no hot water for 2 of those days. The housekeeping was done only after requesting it. The response time for any request was very high.

I stayed here for a night with family enroute to kolkata. Hotel is located in the heart of dhanbad city, which is heavily crowded and almost 9km from highway. So for me it was not at all good. Room provided was very good and comfortable. Though tv was not working and no provision of geyser. So in winter it's terrible. If you are an early bird like me. Restaurant doesn't open there until 7. 30. So dint have morning tea and complimentary breakfast. Overall for me the stay was not so good.
