This hotel needs to replace their air conditioning. They are old and barely work. Could not feel the fan blowing in the room we stayed. It was hot and we had to sleep with window open on the 1st floor which concerns use leaving the window open. It cooled down a little but we had to deal with all the street noise and vehicles going by. Would not recommend this hotel in hot weather.

Good quality rooms and friendly staff. Would be nice if lift was bigger, but appreciate limitations on this. Shame there was a fire in restaurant day we arrived, but replacement in town was excellent.

Food very, very poor & I was charged a single supplement for single accommodation - my room being a box room! In addition, I paid extra for a ‘side sea view’, but unfortunately my single room also overlooked the public toilets & the community refuse bins! The well furnished public rooms give a very false impression of what it is really like. I would never, ever return to this hotel. Complaints to the tour operator have brought minimal results. .

The hotel is in a very good location on the sea front. Very friendly helpful staff. Lovely sea views from room. Expensive hotel parking - 200 yards away. We had a very enjoyable stay there. Lots of restaurants and shops close by.

Arena bridge holiday our hosts James and Jane Tullet were brilliant as were the staff in the restaurant This hotel would be lovely during the high season it was a bad choice for October. It was closing when our party left. The bar didn’t open until 6pm it was impossible to get tea or coffee except at breakfast The food was awful.. most of it went back uneaten. There was nowhere to sit outside apart from a couple of chairs on the pavement The last day couldn’t have a gin and tonic ….no tonic . On one occasion my room was not cleaned . I paid extra for a single sea view room which was lovely.but I would not recommend going there after August / September

Hotel was right on the sea front with fabulous views. Lovely 3rd floor room with wrap around balcony. Small communal areas and the bar does not open till 6pm. Very clean hotel who change towels daily. Only negative is the quality of the food was not good and often came out cold.

Receptionist on arrival was helpful and delightful. On returning to our room we spoke with Giarda as our room was too hot. Giarda arranged for us to move to a lovely new room. So helpful is suggesting a wonderful local restaurant for dinner. An amazing location overlooking the water. A lovely quiet hotel and can highly recommend.

Visited this hotel in a group. The staff were excellent, and could not do enough to help. Unfortunately, the food did not meet the same standard. The sun terrace which is advertised was inaccessible with the door to it locked, and obviously had been for some time judging by the rubbish accumulated on the stairs, and the fitness room was all packed away. Excellent location, but the rooms at the eastern end blighted by traffic noise.

Great hotel with super location just opposite the beach, nice rooms with terraces and seaviews and an extraordinary excellent smiling and serviceminded staff. Good breakfast. Only missed a public beach. The private beaches were horrible expensive.
