It should be the best hotel in the local area. Although it is not the Pullman, the hardware and decoration are not inferior at all. I like it very much. Will choose to live here next time on business trip.

酒店離定南南高鐵站不遠，打車衹需十幾分鍾，來回坐高鐵的時間很容易計劃。離縣城中心也很近，出門也沒有難度。附近環境很寧靜，沒有打擾睡眠。房間很乾凈衞生，整體是滿意的。

半夜2點多衞生間燈每隔幾分鐘就亮（關鍵是衞生間與床有一大扇玻璃隔牆），半夜醒來與前台溝通，前台不肯免費提供另一間給我們休息，要求我們另外付費另一房間才行，溝通了半個多小時都無效（其間還説找電工過來修，半夜三更來修，叫人怎麼睡！）為了不影響家人半夜，我衹能另付房費，但表示半夜要睡覺不跟他們，早上會投訴，前台回覆衹能這樣，唉！一大早我怕塞車，趕早起長途開車），太太氣得衹能穿着睡衣到酒店大堂跟她們溝通，表示若不提供另一房間衹能帶着被鋪睡大堂，這樣才免費提供另一間房給我們休息！這樣的服務，這樣的設施，不評個差對不起各位遊客！

這次來定南一下高速幾分鐘就到了璞爾曼國際酒店，早就有所耳聞，酒店不錯高端智能，應該是當地首家智能酒店吧，還行體驗感不錯，星級酒店價又不貴！

優點:
1、智能化成都挺高，機器人送貨，智能窗簾，智能燈控。
2、早餐不錯，服務好
缺點:空調出風口太吵，窗户隔音功能不好，早晨能很清楚的聽到馬路上的汽車。
