The room was nice and spacious and the cleaners and dell boys are very good. Very clean rooms. I had an issue with my room, they gave us a smaller one to the one on the pictures, but the lady receptionist who looked maybe Chinese was very helpful.
The Egyptian and black receptionists were very rude and not accommodating. I found them to be very abrupt and not welcoming. Considering they are the first impression of the hotel and the ones you regularly contact for help this made the stay quite unpleasant. Luckily our car was parked in the basement so we never had to pass them and went straight to the car.
We asked for cutlery they said the kitchen was closed. I’ve never experienced this before, then when we ordered a talabat delivery they refused to send in to the room and when we went to reception is was very rude and said I don’t know where it is go ask the dell boy - like he was above the query. Honestly the reception needs to be improved drastically.
The only reason I would stay again is because it was cheap, and I was happy with the room.

I love the locations that strategically located in near to the many restaurants and supermarkets are below the hotel which make it super convenient. The room also quite spacious for family of 3.

Fares at the reception was so kind to us. He is so approachable, kind and helpful. Thank you so much Fares you are a gem of La Maison. I’ve been to many hotels in different countries but it’s very rare to meet a person like you working at the front desk or reception with a very kind attitude towards the guests. Again thanks and keep up your good work! May Allah bless you always and your little daughter and your filipina wife. 😊
