Despite its prime location, the hotel maintains a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Facilities such as the fitness center and pool were clean and well-maintained, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring or meetings. Overall, I highly recommend City Centre Rotana Jeddah for both business and leisure travelers. The combination of luxury, comfort, and top-notch service truly made my stay memorable."

"The hotel is very close to the subway station, making transportation convenient, and it's right opposite the National Museum of Qatar, so the location is excellent. The front desk service was great, and the hotel facilities are relatively new. However, the bath towels and hand towels are too old and should be replaced; there was even hair on one of the towels. Also, the hotel name on Trip.com doesn't match its current actual name and needs to be updated."

"Horizon Manor screams location!!! Its very accessible a must if you want to explore Souq for shopping 😊 Reception is very accommodating and room service is good. Just be aware that there are 3 bars in the building so if you are sensitive to noise make sure to get room between 4th to 10th floor 😁"

"I contacted the hotel in advance to request a twin room, but there was a slight mix-up. When I arrived, only king rooms were available. The front desk kindly added a rollaway bed, which is acceptable. I have an early flight tomorrow morning, so I'll make do for one night."

"This was my first business trip to Qatar, and I only stayed for a day. The hotel facilities were excellent, the bedding was top-notch, and the internet speed was very good. The breakfast was also fantastic and very varied. The only minor downside was that toothpaste wasn't provided, but fortunately, I always carry my own. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and it's also conveniently close to the airport."

"The room was a bit small, and the bathroom had black mold. The service wasn't great either. On our second morning, we had to queue for breakfast outside the door for about 15 minutes because the breakfast area was too small. However, the hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 10-minute walk to the National Museum, and the Museum of Islamic Art and Souq Waqif are also within easy walking distance. I also discovered a Chinese restaurant called 'Dragon Restaurant' about 100 meters across from the hotel. The food there was delicious, so we ended up having dinner there two nights in a row, although it was a bit pricey (a meat and a vegetable dish cost over 200 RMB). I saw a lot of people eating hot pot there, but I didn't check the prices for that. I hope this information is helpful for future travelers."

"Reception and service are pretty good. They are pleasant to help out on any inquiries and offer suggestions on local tours. Location is very close to MTR and some prime attractions. Room is spacious and comfortable though it is not a modern design."

"I came earlier than should, but Charles in reception helped me to check in without any problems and any extra fee. Room is big and clean. Room has everything you need: towel, water, tea, mirror, hot water, air conditioner and so on. Location is perfect, not far from subway station. Definitely recommend!"

"This is already a repeat stay. The hotel isn't far from dining options by taxi, and it's also close to the airport. The only downside is that it's a bit old, and some of the facilities are a bit dated. However, the breakfast is delicious! I love the warm bread, especially with an omelet inside, and I really enjoy the fragrant nuts."
