挺不錯的，停車方便，採光通風好還有地方曬衣服，空間大價格實惠，樓下粉店好吃實惠。缺點就是門比較薄門口有動靜聽很清楚，電梯有煙味。這個價格還是看住宿環境吧，性價比很高，推薦的。
