這個酒店可以説是我出差必選酒店了，維也納也算是知名品牌了，住得放心。主要是這裏各方面都讓我非常滿意，門口停車方便，他們除了門口有車位，另外酒店旁園區也有大量車位可免費停。值得一誇的更是前台那幾位漂亮的小姐姐，服務很熱情，貼心。每次進出都熱情的打招呼，房間衞生都很好，酒店還有免費洗衣房，解決了出差在外洗了不乾的問題。附近靠近輕軌周邊還有小吃街和大超市，真是吃住都方便了！強烈推薦。

還行，靠窗，房間設計也都挺合理，乾淨衞生，沒什麼異味，雖然在路邊，但樓層比較高，也不覺得吵。酒店還有水果配，這點還是很貼心。主要附件同類型檔次酒店也不多，所以整體還是滿意的，不過就東莞來説，價格並不算優惠吧，很多一百多的酒店也能到這種程度，所以除品牌外，還有提升空間。

酒店位置還可以，出行方便。重點表揚下前台陸露小姐姐，笑容甜美，態度親切，讓人心情舒暢。早餐有點小問題，已提建議改進。

酒店位置不是很理想，周遭都是五金賣場及加工廠，周圍吃飯的選擇比較少。大樓裡有些是寫字樓，去洗衣房只有兩台洗衣機永遠都是使用中，電梯只有兩部跟客房及樓層比例不足。房間內還不錯，但每次 下班回去都很晚，打掃人員都幫我燈關掉，感覺氣氛都變差，都要抹黑進入開燈，浴室排水慢都會站在水裡洗澡
