It’s very close to the beach, just a few minutes’ walk away, the beach is free, and you can play unrestrainedly. Very lively at night, you can see the sunrise on the balcony, a real sea view room! The room is fully equipped and the landlord is very friendly. He also specially recommended the scenic spots and suitable time of Dongshan Island to us, as well as the food positioning. It was a great time to have a good time. Thank you for the recommendation of the landlord. I forgot to photograph the house and put it. The sea views taken from a few balconies are very beautiful!

一個新的樓盤，很多民宿在裏面， 小區後面一片小樹林還有個小密道可以直通彩虹路去海邊。
我們運氣欠佳兩天都是颱風天，但是房子挺大的，視野寬廣，可以看日出。
旁邊大排檔很多，小吃咖啡廳啥的還是在銅陵鎮，但是騎個小電驢也就20 分鐘車程。
很方便～ 希望下次去天氣好了可以再玩一遍

房間住的很舒適，帶孩子出遊，1.5米的床滿足了需要，房間有陽台，可以在陽台看海，很悠閑。到金鸞灣海邊很近，出門就到，晚上海邊很熱鬧，小吃燒烤等，節假日人多，由於壞了一部電梯，需要等電梯之外，其他都很滿意

房間大陽台，兩個卧室都可以看海景，視野開闊，非常棒！自駕停車方便，10元一天隨意進出，下樓100米就是沙灘，沙子很細很軟，旁邊還有個小島，拍照風景不錯。房東也特別好，我們買了海鮮不會做，房東問了好多家幫我們找到了能加工的店，還發了旅遊攻略，連潮汐時間表都有，非常細心貼心，我們説路過雲霄，房東還給我們發了雲霄攻略，總之就是非常讚的房東！

總體感覺不錯，設備也齊全，停車費也便宜。陽台看風景很美，就是電梯有點慢，有三個電梯，能使用的衹有一個，希望能改善。如果再去東山島，還會選擇這家。

離海邊超近，這點非常好，玩了一身沙可以馬上回酒店洗澡！什麼時間想去海邊就去，晚上海邊也挺熱鬧。兩個床可以合併，非常適合帶小孩的家庭。

我想説這個民宿真的超級贊！以後有機會來東山還會選擇在這裏住。出門拐彎就是沙灘，真的特別特別近，近到連共享單車都不用騎，從房間到下樓到海邊，步行衹要幾分鐘。在房間就可以看到海景，正面觀海，我早上五點半起來的，推開窗，看傻了，真的超級美，不敢相信自己的眼睛。出門看日出回來，路邊就是早餐攤，吃早餐很方便，雞蛋油條豆漿包子粥等啥都有。另外我想説房間裏面有洗衣機，也有洗衣液，晚上去沙灘玩，衣服全濕透了，洗衣服特別方便，晚上洗的，第二天早上就幹了。衞生間的沐浴露和洗髮水都是大桶的，不像其他店就一點點，便捷裝。房間還有冰箱，頭天晚上去打卡小媳婦甜湯，留了一碗放在冰箱，早上吃起來也還不錯。總之，選擇這個民宿就對了，真的物超所值，最後給你們看看我在房間拍的美景，前兩張是早上五點半拍的，後面兩張是要退房走的時候拍的，真的美哭了。
