The staff was courteous and kind. The room was clean and well put together. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t open which was a main selling point for me. But in any case the hotel was good. Location was also good

從北京自駕過來的，説實話，你維也納也是個品牌，沐浴露一點都沒有我也是服了！就那幾個前台接待員你要不就別幹了，既然選擇幹這個行業，就按照你酒店服務標準執行，起碼一句你好得會説吧，什麼服務態度啊，我住酒店欠你的啊！屋裡射燈還壞的！

辦理入住時才知道標雙是指定樓層，進入房間就是非常大的煙味到離店都還有，房間除了大點沒有任何優點，設施陳舊且非常奇葩的是浴室和廁所配備透明門！門完全形同虛設!洗浴用品竟然衹有一支沐浴露和一支洗髮水（雖然後麪溝通後有補充），但問題是這是標準雙人間，配套應該按兩人份，這是酒店常識吧，客人用不用是一回事，酒店配不配就是另外一回事！就這配套房價竟然逼近400。周邊環境很差。倒是負責辦理入住的某位前台有問必答，耐心解答，感謝

酒店位置非常好，就在國門邊上，在酒店房間就能看到出入境的邊界大橋。房間很大，乾淨。樓頂拿房卡上去還有個觀景平台。酒店停車也方便，就是入住的時候登記了車牌，出去的時候還是被ETC扣了50元。算了省得再去扯了。

非常棒的酒店，應該是東興最好了，位置無敵好，還有免費的觀景台，風景特美。房間又大又好，床很舒服。離越南街很近，吃喝很方便。

酒店地理標誌特別明顯，位於口岸邊上，非常方便旅遊度假休閑，可以近距離感受越南風情，在附近遊玩也不會走丟，交通很方便。房間內設定標準較高，環境優雅，設施完善，床品很舒適，大窗户便於觀察北侖河對面越南境內。酒店頂層設定有高空俯視越南和東興的開放式觀景平台，便於打卡拍照，同時可以更好的對比越南和中國，觀察出入境的人流，非常怡人！

離我們想逛的地方非常近，所以就訂了這家，又和樓上貴一點的華美達沒什麼區別，性價比更高，反正也衹睡一覺，訂了兩間，非常實惠，還能去觀景平台看越南景色，還是很推薦的。

這是個很奇怪的酒店。首先是酒店難找，大樓上的標誌是華美達廣場酒店，進大廳打聽後才知道在同一棟樓裏，浪費了不少精力和時間。其次是房間裏有莫名噪音（像是機器的轟鳴聲），很大，無法入睡，換房後依然。第三是它與華美達廣場酒店混戰在一起，常常使人迷惑。早餐還可以，但車庫在地下，車位不太好找。樓頂層的觀光台不錯，能看到越南口岸和城市。
