Stayed here 1 night with my daughter and 2 granddaughters. This is a relatively new establishment. The room was very clean. The beds and pillows were the best and most comfortable I have ever found. The room was very spacious as was the bathroom with a great shower. This is an amazing sports venue with all sorts of sports. It also caters to people not there for sports. It has a coffee shop. The security is excellent and free parking with excellent wifi. The only downside was that they charge a service fee for using cards but do not accept cash which I believe is wrong. If you don’t accept cash you shouldn’t charge a card fee.

Property is lovely. Beds are extremely comfortable. Very clean.
The only problem is when you check in after 9pm. Noone picks up the phone to assist as reception is closed and the main gate is also closed.
It will be easier if the reception before closing tell the customers security number to call. Security assist but they are not always at the main gate and if you haven't been there before, you wouldn't know that there is another way to get in.
Also if you have a request just call as if you message the property, you will never get the reply back.
Rest it is a great place to stay.

The sports park is great, full of energy; the room is clean and big enough for 4 adults family to stay; the lodge staffs are nice and helpful, they help me found my lost wallet and send it back.

Even though it’s a sporting facility and people were using the sports field behind our room early in the morning, the room was so quiet and had blackout blinds, we could have slept in for ages. The beds were so comfortable too.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience. Firstly, there was a hidden $100 bond fee that was not disclosed on the website or during the booking process, catching us off guard upon check-in. Additionally, the lack of a microwave in the room made it impossible for us to enjoy the food we brought along. The lack of basic information provided at check-in, such as how to use amenities like the air conditioning and connect to the Wi-Fi, was frustrating. Furthermore, the presence of locked gates at night was not communicated to us, resulting in us having to contact security to let us in after returning from an event. To top it off, the check-in attendant was rude and displayed an arrogant attitude when we attempted to transfer payment for our room. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to its poor communication, lack of amenities, and disrespectful staff members.

The beds were lovely and soft. Had a great sleep. Location was spot on for the softball fields. Only thing that the cafe shut at 8pm on friday night which meant we had to go elsewhere to eat.
