Very bad experience, we have been forced to pay extra for my son to stay and changed to a room that is totally different to what we have booked. We have rang the hotel and confirmed the room we booked can accomodate for 2 adult and one chd with no extra cost as long as we are happy that there will only be one king bed. But the night before check in, everything was changed. We were told we have to pay extra $100 for my son to stay and at check in on the day, we hace forced to change to another room which is totally different to what I booked originally. All they said ia apologise for any inconvenience. Both Trip.com and the hotel did not take any responsibility for this matter. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Really nice location and resort, even if you're not into golf. Very close location to the thermal hot springs. Big room, beautiful bathroom and balcony.

A bit of traditional style of interior, but I liked the spacious lounge room and the garden view.
The bathroom was clean, and the bathtub was a bit small with limited spare space around it.
The lady in the restaurant was so kind to us and we enjoyed the breakfast. :)
