一開始覺得酒店房間的loft設計很特別，但是整體體驗非常糟糕！
這是一個新開的酒店，但是酒店沒有任何信用！
酒店員工是騙子，税費是10迪拉姆，越南酒店女員工故意撒謊要15迪拉姆的税費！
看看這就是這個酒店附近的風景，酒店旁邊有兩個正在施工的建築，噪音非常大！持續不斷的噪音！整個白天、下午都能聽到噪音！這兩個建築物到年底也無法施工完畢！想預訂這個酒店的人注意了！
更讓人無法忍受的是，進入酒店房間有一種難聞的魚腥味！彷彿是用泡在魚缸的水擦桌子和地板，很明顯的聞到寫字桌有難聞的魚腥味！夏天很熱，整個房間瀰漫著難聞的魚腥味！
最糟糕的就是，酒店員工安排了好幾個非洲小偷男女住在我隔壁房間，那些非洲小偷男女大概6-7個人，在半夜十二點到凌晨三點持續不斷的大笑，播放音樂，聊天大談偷竊，持續兩個多小時，真沒見過這麼***的！而且酒店房間的電話無法使用，酒店安保在將近凌晨三點才去隔壁房間警告那些非洲小偷不要製造噪音！
更讓我生氣的是，第二天早上八點多，樓上就開始裝修！不斷使用電鑽鑽牆壁裝修的噪音持續幾個小時！非常糟糕的酒店！杜拜的酒店那麼多，這個酒店這種種***的事兒能在杜拜生存的下去才怪！
不建議任何人入住這個酒店！非常糟糕！杜拜有更多更好的、服務態度酒店可以預訂！！！

We had great experience at The Muse, the rooms are spacious and cute. Very nice concept of loft. The pool is beautiful and on rooftop overlooking Dubai. They have nice coffee shop and they serve delicious snacks and great coffee. Nice location close to metro station.

The room is very clean and beautiful. I like the lobby area and the working floor. We were playing padel on the padel court. I like the coffee shop, they have the best coffee.

I love the concept and the design, the room style is very unique and creative. The team is super friendly and helpful, they are always ready to assist us during the stay. The location is near a metro station and close to downtown and La Mer beach

The rooms are very beautiful with the loft style that they have. I like the balcony and the view from the room, good option to chill. They have coffee shop next to the reception, you can have nice coffee and snacks. The Muse is close to metro station, we could walk.

Very nice place and staff was very welcoming specially ms mariam the manager she’s very friendly and welcoming and helpful and she’s offered more options to choose from also the pool is nice and the furniture look so new and fast service for cleaning

i had a great 😍😍😍experience at the muse hotel.what i like the most in this elegant hotel is the design😍😍😍😍...especially the bed's design( loft studio) which i find it awsome😍😍🥰🥰 ,even i had a friendly😅😍 experience with staffs 😍😍😍😍😍

We had nice stay at The Muse. The team was very helpful and friendly, they made sure we had a good time at the hotel. Also we like the coffee shop, they offer good food and coffee, you must try it during your stay. The pool is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable.
