Location is excellent as the entrance is just next to the hotel. Breakfast is above average. Although room is large but some facilities are needed to be improved. Such as the drainage of the shower room is poor and flooding could immerse over the whole toilet

VERY WELL LOCATED NEXT TO THE METRO VERY COMFORTABLE APPARTMENTS WITH A BALCONY AND IF LUCKY YOU WILL GET A SEA VIEW / BURJ ALARAB VIEW . SUPERMARKETAS AND GROCERIES ALL AROUND . EASY TO GET TO THE BEACH .

The service was not good. And it smells food in the corridor. Also they give me a room next to the elevator. I stayed there for 29 days because I booked it in advance. I had to leave on the 28th day for personal reason, the manager was rude refusing to refund the one day. I don’t care about the one day Redfin, it was the way of speaking.

Good Stay, but Too Much Waiting ⏳⭐⭐⭐☆☆
I recently stayed at Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights, and while the experience was mostly positive, there were some drawbacks. On the bright side, the room was spacious and absolutely spotless, which made for a very comfortable stay. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job maintaining cleanliness, and the bed was very comfortable.
However, the biggest downside was the amount of waiting. The elevators were slow, often requiring a long wait, especially during peak times. Breakfast was good, but the long queues made it less enjoyable. Additionally, the valet service was quite slow, with long wait times to get the car. While the hotel itself was nice, the constant waiting was frustrating and took away from the overall experience. If they improve efficiency in these areas, it would be a much better stay.

First opinion,it’s a terrible hotel-to stay with room in not so good condition. The room was full of dust with old soiled curtains, carpets and with poor maintenance of air condition facility. I was charged early check in charges only to allow them to clean the room and service the AC. Rather we could have waited in the reception as we could hardly use the room. Almost the entire day until 5 PM maintenance and cleaning activities were carried out.
Only after intervention from trip.com executive they changed the room to a better one.
It’s sad that being part of the Accor group, cleanliness of rooms and maintenance standards are not on par with other hotels of Accor group.
Hence I wouldn’t ever consider for my next stay and when I checked other reviews, many of them had similar complaint and issues.
I stay quite often in other hotels due to my frequent travel and I have never had such experience and in particularly with hotels maintained by Accor.
