Since the very first moment I didn't like it, because nothing mentioned in descrof the location. It is situated in the desert area, without any facilities or public transport. To reach nearest metro you have to walk 20 min through sand. No nice view from window, only desert and highway. To get anywhere from that place you have to call the taxi. The manager convinced me to stay by any means, even provided bigger apartments. But finally there were a lot of problems. Cleaning in room was poor, hot water supply always a lottery, cigarettes smel presented on the floor and noone could do anything about it. There were a lot of burn spots of cigarets in the room as well. I have tried to negotiate with manager about checkout but he was not agreed for refund. Despite I paid a cash and refund was not a problem in such cases in the past. But here creedy manager wanted to have everything and do nothing. So by the cheaters from this place vacation turned to disappointment. I don't recommend you guys this place. If you won't like it you will never get your money back. But the memories will be ruined as well. Was not keeping to much pictures of that terible place and ruined vacation.

The best prices and experience. The swimming pool facilities are also very good for a family set up. This is the coolest place with a reasonable price that I have ever visit in Dubai. The staff is also very welcoming. Keep it up with the standard.

Very spacious apartment, net and clean as I checked in photos and same we found. Good staff and amenities. feeling like home no noise peaceful environment. I'll recommending to all try to visit once. I thought it was a hotel but they informed me like - it's not a hotel its a vacation apartment. over all its good as compaire to hotel. you can reluxe more here. Raja is very helpful person. I love this place and spacilly staff was very helpful all the time. Pacefull environment, hygiene great, neat and clean, In future I'll come back here, as I feel comfortable stay, cheaper price and nice apartment,.. Have issues with road but accommodation is very nice.. Spacial thanks to Marbella team, Nasir and siraj very helpful. I hope next 3-5 months I'll come back again Thank you
