4.2/5Very GoodThe Hotel has very good location, clean and very lovely Switzerland styled. Staff are nice, though the reception desk should be more welcoming I guess. All dining restaurant is beautiful and staff are so professionals. The only thing I noticed in my room is the cellphone coverage not good and found difficulties to make or receive calls.. All in all is very good hotel, and yes recommended to go and visit.

I booked this room and it was peak season i paid tripple what i usually pay when i stay. The hotel was amazing as always, staff are always friendly and smiling. The check in process was smooth and quick (the syrian guy was very friendly and professional). I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to dubai.
