I booked for 1 week, but totally disappointed after the 1st 2 days experience,if I not full advance payment ...., I will not suggest to anyone, poor service. Worst experience... not giving any offered facilities. Such as water, tea bags it may get after several requests.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights from December 30, 2016 to January 5, 2017. The room is average, there is no electric kettle and safe, as stated on the booking page. Restrooms are in dire need of maintenance. The bathtub was broken. The washbasin was also broken, I had to call reception to have it fixed or it would fall off. What a nuisance they cut off the water to the 4th and 5th floor bathrooms due to some of their restoration work. Beware of tour companies, they have booths in the hotel lobby. They are just ****ing.
