The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. The rooms are a little small, but Abdullah kindly gave me a lovely room with a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa. He was the only staff member who treated me exceptionally well, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and attentive service.

One of the best hotels in the world that I recommend to everyone. Excellent service, clean and luxurious and the best location in Dubai.

This was a last-minute stopover for our first night in Dubai. Even though we only stayed one night, the hotel's location was excellent. Just a few hundred meters and a right turn led us to Dubai's main street with all the skyscrapers. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming. Since we were traveling with a child, they kindly provided an extra duvet free of charge and converted the sofa into a sofa bed, which was spacious enough for us and our little one. It was also super convenient to go for a run in the morning from the hotel to the main road where the tall buildings are located. We were very fortunate that the airport closed due to the Iran attacks the day after we left the UAE. I hope all the hotel staff and tourists are safe, and I wish for world peace!

Staff was very helpful, got a early check in after a very long and tiring over night flight, Mahmoud, Nour and Daryl at reception were amazing very professional and friendly. Hotel location was wonderful just few minutes walk to train station. Cleanness and comfort were top notch. Will difenetly book again

It's a fabulous place to stay with your lover Friendly and mindful staff, starting from the receptionist, we were greeted warmly by ms Zayde, she put us in the best floor to view the Icon ”Burj Khalifa”, Kudos to You! The FnB team also made our breakfast splendid with a wide variety of pastries, breads, eggs, fresh fruits and beverages Not forgetting all the crew from lobby area upto 54th floor stunning Pool

We stayed at Gevora for a total of about 12 nights in the summer of 2026. The place offered excellent value for money. The hotel boasts amazing city views and a good pool area. It's especially nice to visit the pool in the evening when the city lights are visible and the pool is beautifully illuminated. Special thanks go to the excellent pool staff and the porter, Deepak, who were incredibly friendly and provided outstanding, five-star service. We also received excellent service at the reception and were able to easily change rooms when the first one wasn't to our liking. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the person who handled it. The hotel breakfast was adequate, but after just over a week, it started to get monotonous as the selection isn't very extensive. Still, for the price, it was of a good standard. The hotel's overall appearance is basic and clean, but the rooms show some minor wear and tear and are partly in need of a refresh. If you book a high-floor room, be prepared for a 10-15 minute elevator ride. The best aspects of the hotel are its location (close to the city center and Deira souks) and its staff. Right next to the hotel, there's an ATM, a pharmacy, a barber, and a grocery store, so all your essential needs are conveniently and quickly met. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, as long as you remember you're not in a five-star establishment. I can recommend it for budget-to-mid-range travel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, had all the necessary amenities, and was very clean. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent with a wide variety of choices. Although it didn't apply to me, I noticed they offered gluten-free options for those with allergies. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the Mall of the Emirates and less than a 10-minute walk to the metro. The staff were truly pleasant and highly professional. I'd especially like to thank the ladies at the restaurant who were always smiling and did their best to meet our needs. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Dubai.

The hotel is so amazing, its very clean, all staff are good.. I've more hotel in Dubai connected with my job the this is rare, it has a good services, wish to go back and spend for a long time😘
