Water in the shower was cold. Room was far far far too warm, tried to ring down to ask how to lower the radiator but when I pick up the receiver the phone had no tone. Ear plugs provided couldn’t combat the night club noise. Sheets were dirty, room was so dark, 1 spotlight in the ceiling. Location was excellent but it’s worth shelling out a bit more money for something with hot water and where you can actually sleep before 4 am

We were staying at this hotel and some friends were staying about a mile away. She needed a tampon but wasn't allowed into my room and had to wait outside in the cold and rain at 11pm because the bouncer said her name wasn't on the room so she couldn't come in! Even when she got harassed outside by random men he wouldn't let her in. The noise from the nightclub is so loud that they even provide earplugs which don't even block out half of it. The reception is very worn and smelly!

After booking prepaid on bookings.com with no normal option to pay at hotel I received an email that some bedrooms may be affected by noise from the hotel night club. Had I had the option I would have cancelled... I doubt very much that there is one bedroom in this hotel that is not affected by noise. For the life of me neither of the two tv controls could work the tv so my only distraction was staring at the view, a concrete wall. The music blared with the room shaking until 2.29 am the ear plugs supplied in the room were akin to a chocolate tea cup, no use what so ever. I did think of calling reception and asking why I had been denied the extra minute of mind blowingingly loud music, but I was too tired to lift the handset... When the music stopped the loud conversation of drunken party goers took over and ensured no sleep for at least another hour... The much needed shower to waken me up after my 3 hours of sleep was little more than a leak from a. Loose flimsy shower head... Nothing bad to say about staff as they were non existent.... These rooms have their place for a place to crash after a hard nights partying but it is not a hotel and not fit for purpose... The stale UHT milk never knew that could happened completed this zero star experience...

Stayed here recently on a business trip to Dublin. Thankfully I didn’t have pay for the room. The windows don’t close properly resulting in sub zero temperatures. The noise from the nightclub is frightening, although the hotel does supply earplugs. There is no hot water for a shower and it is laughable that this place is allowed to operate as a hotel given the poor standard of the place. Best avoided.

If you're planning to go to the nightclub attached to this hotel which is one of the most popular in Dublin, then it's a no-brainer to stay here. Free entry to the nightclub and ability to skip the queue are superb perks. Facilities and rooms are quite basic but reasonably priced. Staff were quite helpful. My one complaint is that the shower strength was incredibly low and there was clearly some fault with the shower head. Otherwise, this hotel was very reasonably-priced and perfect for the purposes of my stay.

This otherwise nice hotel literally has a dance club on its first floor that blasts electronic dance music until 3 am Thur and Sun and 4 am on the weekends. The music came through your windows all night long. Unless you’re there to party with 18-20 year olds, stay away. I cant believe the hotel doesn’t tell you this in advance. Very disappointed in our stay.

2 out of the 3 nights we spent there were very noisy, due to the attached bar. But even then, i would have rather stayed there, instead of the next hotel that was available, The Camden Hotel.. that place was horrible!!!

do not stay here. the nightclub blasts music until at least 4 am… even on weeknights! we were never informed of this when booking. also there was no water pressure in the shower at all. I am not exaggerating when I say it was basically drips of water. the sink also barely works. also can’t see a thing in the lighting it’s so unbelievably dark, even in the daylight. also. the tv only works if you put in a code, so we asked the front desk (4 women) and they literally laughed!! they said they did not know the code… insane behavior i’ve never witnessed this before. the nightclub though is actually so insanely loud it should be an SNL skit. 0/5
