It was a really good value. The manager was well informed of the area. I found it very nice to be able to walk to most needed locations in minutes.

When we arrived after a long drive, it was dark and no one was available. Note on door said to call. When I call did not seem to know we were coming. Placed on hold for a while, then said just punch in this code and call back if problem. Very spooky, no one even staying there. Poor lighting in a very unsavory neighborhood. Inside there was a smell, dirty carpet and bathroom. We decided not to stay. We went down the road to the BEST WESTERN. I can
not even imagine why ******* sent us there.

Office was closed and locked when we arrived. Couldn't get the TV to work. Lamps would not turn on. Bath sink only had hot water. Reasonably clean. Large refrigerator which was nice and a kitchen sink. Very quiet. Old and dated.

Bed was very uncomfortable, and I couldn't take a shower as the water wouldn't drain from the tub. The room was quiet and clean otherwise.

The place is a dump. They rooms were renovated but the area was very scary. The Hotel clerk was sitting on the ground smoking a cigarette when we arrive. He was complaining of just getting over covid and he was in a dirty white tee shirt. we go the creeps immediately. We still inspected the room which was at the back of the property away from the road in an alley way. We decided not to stay and talked to the clerk to ask not to be charged as the rooms were not as advertise. He referred us back to Hotel.com for refund.

I hate leaving a bad review. When we got here we were early but we wanted just somewhere to drop our luggage. the man said nope. Got new locks and they don’t open rooms until 4. When we got back we got our room he told us that the code doesn’t work here is a hard key. Well that didn’t work so we were changed to a new room. In this room the tv won’t work the cold water tap didn’t have a knob. But the room was clean. And quiet.

I am an easygoing person so having to call to check in didn’t bother me but free breakfast was falsely advertised. The ac unit in the front area didn’t work but the bedroom did. The shower in the bedroom didn’t work but the front bathroom shower did. Two bathrooms was a surprise tho. Very nice looking renovations, would appreciate a tv in the bedroom as well.
