The experience was great. The hotel was beautiful however when we got to our room the drain was a little smelly. The shower drain was a little clogged up and water was going out slowly. Struggled to up and close the bathtub stopper, the hotel staff even had to call someone to come and fix it. Whilst at the hot springs someone decided to wear my partners shoes.
Enjoyed the breakfast but wished they would cater to foreigners especially for lunch and dinner, had to go out somewhere to find food as the location where the hotel is situated is a bit further from the city central.

Nice and clean hotel near the mountain foot. My only reservation was one of the front staff who wasn’t very helpful and quite confused when we checked in. It took 20 minutes. But we all have our days I guess.

環境：整體裝修風格偏原木自然風，屋頂有花園造景，並且有秋千座椅，還有一個月亮燈，適合打卡拍照。
設施：預訂的時候就查了一下，酒店是2023開始營業的，所以設備設施都很好，屋內有茶器，還可以自帶茶葉泡茶，床品很舒適，衞生間、淋浴間都不錯；唯一不足之處還是我們家小朋友提出來的，説沒有陽台😄
服務方面：必須要好好表揚一下，酒店的服務人員，很熱情周到，細節也做的很好，服務態度更是沒得説，我預訂的房間是沒有温泉票的，那兩天剛好趕上給我女兒過生日，酒店給我們贈送了兩天的温泉，阿會、君君、小李都很棒，包括餐廳的服務人員。
餐食：酒店的早餐很不錯，麪和粉兒都很好，並且酒店的餐品食材很新鮮，食材質量也不錯，雖然餐廳不大，但提供的餐食樣數很豐富，咖啡的豆子也不錯，美式挺香的，雖然不知道採購的是什麼豆子，但是比很多酒店好很多了。
特別提一下：酒店得知孩子過生日，主動提出給小朋友佈置房間。
説明青城山的華住花間堂的管理做的很好，自上而下的到位，每個服務人員都把服務精神和服務態度拿捏的很到位，體驗感很好，客户的體驗感就是你們最直觀的反饋，客户都是有血、有肉、有感知的人，感謝🙏

地理位置離青城山很近，室外温泉很贊！入住時才發現是住總旗下的酒店，配套設施很贊！入住時前台很貼心，着重表揚小沈，小瑩，小陳，安排入住，得知我們被蚊蟲叮咬後，主動提供相應物品！早餐很豐盛！

川西自駕回來到青城山休整一下，沒想到竟有意外的驚喜！酒店硬件軟件衞生都值得稱讚，睡前泡了温泉非常解乏，早餐品種不多但精緻，整體體驗感不錯，臨走時還跟到地庫送了咖啡，非常感謝，期待再次體驗！

酒店位置便利，房間寬敞舒適還準備了新鮮水果，前台小陳 君君，小李服務熱情周到，餐廳晚上還配送糖水到房間，早餐豐富精緻，原本衹打算住一晚再體驗別的酒店的念頭打消了立馬又續了一晚，後期也會推薦有需要的朋友入住。

啊啊啊超級滿意的青城山酒店體驗！！
一進來就被別緻的院落和大堂吸引，感謝前台君君和小劉的招待，給我們升級成有露台的大房間，坐在露台賞景很愜意。
房間非常寬敞雅緻，兩張床都很舒適，衞浴整潔乾淨用品齊全。酒店位置很好，離青城山入口步行距離，下山就能很快到酒店休息。
早餐選擇挺豐富，還品嚐到了都江堰當地小吃，開口餃子~ 每天有各種有趣的小活動，每晚有晚安甜湯送到房間，退房的時候還有伴手禮送上，非常貼心~
