The environment is a big plus here; the garden landscaping is clearly well thought out, giving it a true resort feel. The entrance is a bit hidden, though, so it's easy to drive past. It's not too far to walk to Dujiangyan, just over a kilometer. The reason I didn't give full marks is that the central air conditioning couldn't cool during the hot weather, and there were no windows that could be opened for ventilation (there's a patio door, but no screen door, so opening it would let mosquitoes in). It was even hotter inside than outside! When I told the front desk, they said they'd send a portable AC unit. It took almost an hour for it to arrive, and we had to sit outside because it was so hot. Plus, the unit was incredibly noisy at night, making it hard to sleep.

The hotel's environment is truly exceptional. You can tell the gardens were meticulously designed initially, even if their current maintenance is just average – they're still beautiful. If you're not looking for brand-new hotel facilities, staying here is truly refreshing and invigorating. The room facilities are dated, and there were some overlooked spots during cleaning. However, the bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was decent. The front desk and other hotel staff provided excellent service, and the gentleman driving the shuttle cart was very enthusiastic – full marks for him! As for the hotel's hot spring, only two pools were open on a non-holiday, but I personally found that sufficient.

The hotel's exterior environment is lovely with good vegetation, and the rooms are spacious. The front desk staff were also very friendly and patient when we needed to switch rooms mid-stay. The steamed buns at breakfast were delicious and seemed handmade – highly recommend them! The downsides are that the rooms are a bit old-fashioned and show a lot of wear and tear over time. Also, they're not soundproof at all; you can hear footsteps, conversations, doors closing in the hallway, and people moving around upstairs very, very clearly. If you're looking for peace and quiet, I'd advise reconsidering.

Nestled in the mountains, the air here is wonderfully fresh, perfect for a leisurely stroll. The room facilities aren't brand new, but they are spacious enough. Getting a taxi is super easy, and the restaurant is quite good – I tried both their Chinese food and afternoon tea, definitely worth a try!

The service attitude is friendly and responsive. The hot spring is a highlight, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast options are a bit limited, which is a minor drawback. Overall, it offers great value for money with its serene environment and convenient location, making it ideal for family trips and leisure vacations, especially for those visiting Dujiangyan, Mount Qingcheng, and Guankou Ancient City. Highly recommended.

I inspected the cleanliness thoroughly because I was traveling with kids, and it was excellent! The service was warm and attentive. It's close to the scenic area, actually located in a forest, so the environment is great and the air is fresh. It was a bit cold during my visit so I didn't get to experience the hot springs, but overall I'm satisfied and would recommend staying here!

Overall, the hotel was quite good, though the facilities are a bit dated. The breakfast service and room size were both perfectly fine and quite lovely. No other issues besides the outdated facilities.

The cleanliness was good, I didn't find any dust, and the bedding was super comfortable. The hotel is located in a forest, so the air quality is excellent. It's also very close to Dujiangyan and Xuanhua Gate, and all taxi drivers know its location. The front desk staff were very polite, helpful, and answered all my questions. The facilities are a bit old. I have a few suggestions for the hotel: the shower and bathroom doors are transparent, which can be a bit uncomfortable if someone else is around while showering or using the toilet. I'm not sure if the two toys on the bed are cleaned every time, so guests generally don't hold or lean on them. Also, the TV remote control was broken.
