Dunhuang Dunyue Hotel (Shazhou Night Market)

This is the worst hotel I have stayed at so far during my travels. In addition to the convenient location near Dunhuang Night Market, other aspects, especially the sanitary conditions of the bedding in the room and the facilities in the bathroom, are really hard to describe.

The air conditioner in the hotel room was turned on for more than 20 minutes and could not blow hot air. The hot water was left on for more than 20 minutes and the hot water could not be discharged. I went downstairs to find the front desk to deal with it. The front desk on duty that night (a lady in a white down jacket with a high ponytail) was very impatient and said that she would not be home right away. It can blow hot air and release hot water without any trea**ent! ! ! When I came back after dinner, I said again that I needed to take care of it, so I called customer service. I left the air conditioner and hot water on for half an hour and it still didn't work. I changed the room and it released a little warm water. I couldn't take a shower or wash my hair. The air conditioner blew all night and it still wasn't hot. Go to bed with your clothes on. There is no hot water at all in the morning. I don’t recommend staying at their place. They have this attitude in the off-season when there are not many people, let alone in the peak season when there are many people.

The front desk service attitude is not good.

這是我出遊期間最滿意的房間，設施齊全，乾淨整潔，周邊環境也不錯，服務態度熱情，位置也可以，離公交車站不遠，價格優惠。

酒店環境還不錯，有一條長長的觀光走廊，有很多綠植，可以看書喝茶，房間很大，衞生做的也很好，毛巾都是塑料封裝。入住了很多酒店這家酒店服務是我感覺最滿意的酒店，知道我們沒有吃飯管家高姐給我們送來了夜宵，還把哈密旅遊攻略推送給我們。對我們有求必應人很熱情周到，用心的酒店生意怎能不好呢？這樣的酒店必須好評！
