The check in was with a code that they send. I was not aware but i called and they were very friendly and quick to send it so I could get in. I was there one night, clean and comfortable. The shower did flood the bathroom and there was no TV but wasn’t needed for myself. I would stay here again. Good price for a short stay.

The truth was it was an unpleasant experience. The spaces are extremely small, bunk beds, there is not even half a meter to enter the room and bathroom, they do not accept payment by credit card, you have to pay in advance because there is no reception, there is no technical support, for example to check the boiler, it is not known. They can request additional features such as food, no place to leave luggage, two double beds in a 4x4 space, a bathroom that doesn't even have space to close the door. Everything looks very used, beds, mattresses, bedspreads and blankets. There is no cleaning service, extremely small trash cans, poor quality toilet paper and very little.

In general aspects it is very good, it is economical compared to other options, the staff is very attentive and helpful although there is no cleaning service, you get dirty, you clean yourself. The decoration of the room is very warm so you feel in a homely place.
What I didn't like is that there is a lot of noise from other guests, the door rings a lot and you can hear all the footsteps upstairs, points to improve are that they should invest in a little better internet, the one they have is very slow. It would be very appreciated if you could put some benches in the dining area since it is super uncomfortable to eat on the sofa bed, that good space is wasted and finally those TVs, I don't know if they are recent because the first time I went there was no TV, but it would be appreciated They will change a lot for a smart TV since it seems obsolete to me that it is only a normal TV, being able as a guest to use the entertainment service like Netflix and others since in the end I didn't even use it because of the few and boring channels that they are, I ended up using the cell phone to watch Netflix
