Decent room staff was helpful location on highway. Is good for people who are going out for field work and staying for one or two nights.

Dirty room and pillows, bathroom is broken, toilet seat broke. No tv remote. Need lot of repairs and new furniture or at least fix it

Superb staff cleanliness lobby b fast and food owner and gm very friendly Staying for last three years and recommend to all tariff is reasonable . Worth the price . Ambience is good for long stays and will say home away from home hdfc bank near by

Stayed for 4 days restaurant and break fast is good staff courteous room has some short comings like bathroom and taps not good fridge and electric kettle have one plug in only

Cheap hotel in all over bhilai. Over smart male receptionist who deserve some hard slaps in his face.

The male receptionist was very misbehaving nature the man's way of talking was insulting even like a human being. Worst experience and hotel too.

After hearing amazing reviews of the place, i chose this hotel. Although the room was great, the service was abysmal. The staff has no courtesy, no smiles on their faces, talk down to you like they don’t care about their customers. There’s no flexibility, ridiculous rules you have to follow. Despite speaking on the phone prior to getting there and again clarifying late check in and a slightly late checkout (11am instead of 10am, they refused to accept that the next morning. The manager ajit is by far the rudest person i’ve ever met at this title. The receptionist kept calling the hotel phone 2 hours prior to the check out and not letting a person sleep in peace. Breakfast was horrible as well. The least a staff can do is be polite to their customer. Would never recommend anybody staying there.
