Good hygiene that was up to standards. There was a working airconditioning and a good blowdryer. The location was okay since it’s close to the places we wanted to visit, but if you want to go to Little Tokyo or Altstadt you have to pass the train station, which feels shady and unsafe at night. I also missed toothpaste and slippers in the room. Overall I had a nice experience!

The facilities and infrastructure are new and nice. Except that we asked for room cleaning service from the reception, but the room was not cleaned when we were back, and no good reason for that. Also there was a bug, maybe cockroach, in the bathroom. Not very pleasant to see it. But in general it was nice, the reception staff was very nice.

However, it is disappointing that your room was not cleaned despite your request, and a bug in the bathroom is certainly unpleasant. These issues can really detract from the overall experience. We pleased the time we wasted on here, we arrived a few hours earlier but gentleman in the reception had looked for us for a room and made our check in earlier. Was a great experience to stay on here also, the location of hotel is great 10/10

The heating was on in the room full blast when I entered — not very eco-friendly, and hard to cool down the room using the confusing room temperature controller. Furnishings felt a bit worn and out of date. For some reason, they put a second desk in the room, positioned at an awkward angle to the bed in front of the window, taking up floor space. Nothing of any interest in the surrounding area — if I didn’t have business in the area, I wouldn’t stay here. A high point was the breakfast buffet, which was very extensive, with many choices.

Big hotel not far from train station, 10 minutes walk, good location in general, metro station right next to hotel. Great and very helpful staff. Rooms are old and not very clean, but very big size and beds are comfortable. Gym is tiny and doesn’t have many variables of machines. Food in restaurant is amazing! And very reasonable prices. I would recommend it for short stay

Nice, clean modern hotel, just one metro station from Düsseldorf Central Station. All facilities of a modern business hotel, nice bar. Rooms are not too big, all very clean and with minibar. Even in the upper floors it is possible to open windows to get some air. AC is working fine on the other hand.
