From April 17th to 22nd, I stayed at Duyun Yundong Guizhou Hotel again. The hotel front desk manager Wang Shifang upgraded the room type. After staying for six days and five nights, I felt comfortable, the air was fresh, and I enjoyed it very much. The hotel does a good job in catering, with breakfast, lunch and dinner available, as well as late night snacks. The room attendants work diligently and provide enthusiastic service. The hotel is decorated in a high-end a**osphere, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is plenty of hot water. The free pick-up service at the high-speed rail station is particularly good, the pick-up is on time, and there is also a VIP lounge at the high-speed rail station. Next to the hotel is a museum, which you can visit in your spare time.

Very good hotel, including dry and wet separation double floor towels, standard five-star facilities are very complete, the children's room is very warm and the Lego blocks are all brand new. It seems that there are not many parent-child rooms on weekdays. After talking about the advantages, there are two very obvious disadvantages, which deserve special attention: 1) The "free pick-up and drop-off service" indicated by Ctrip was understood by the hotel front desk as "pick up or drop off, only once", which is very funny. As the only high-star hotel option within 15 minutes' drive from Yundong Station, high-speed rail transit passengers should also be a large source of customers. It is difficult to get a taxi here because of the vast area and sp**** population. How can they come up with a special service of "only pick up but not drop off"? ! 2) At 2:30 in the morning, the room landline rang, and no one spoke after answering it for about ten seconds, and it was hung up; I immediately called the front desk to check what happened, but as of 9 am when I left the hotel, the hotel only said "after checking the room front desk and other depar**ents, no one called, but I don't know who called." This security system has huge loopholes. My family thought there were bad guys scouting the place, so they were afraid to turn off the lights completely and did not sleep well all night. This is very poor service with potential for illegal and criminal activities, which should be taken seriously by the hotel.

The air inlet of the air conditioner in the room made a metallic noise until dawn, and I didn't sleep well! The air conditioner in the room was turned on to 35° and it was still not warm! The outdoor temperature was 3° and the air conditioner in the room was only 12° all night! The display of 17° was also fake. It was too cold!

Management needs to be strengthened and service awareness needs to be improved (far from Zunyi Guizhou Hotel). The parking lot is far from the hotel lobby and there are steps. All kinds of facilities are good, and it's okay overall.

I booked a lake view room, but I ended up seeing a big old house. The price was the most expensive. It was a scam. The whole environment was very old. Is this what a newly opened hotel is like? I was very dissatisfied.

After getting off the high-speed rail station, there is a hotel car to pick up, and it takes more than ten minutes to get to the hotel. It is very convenient. The room is very comfortable and a plate of fruit is given as a gift. The steak set meal in the restaurant is very affordable and delicious. The waiters are very polite. The snacks in the lobby are beautiful and delicious. Overall, I am very satisfied and it exceeds my expectations. I highly recommend it.
