Divi Village was fabulous. Access to Divi resorts and amenities and the beach were great.
******* advertised Breakfast with my VIP access but i did not get it - I blame ******* for misleading website and not coordinating what they listed with the resort

We booked a room here and checked in very late after our flight out of Aruba was cancelled. The customer representative at the Front Desk was not very friendly, at all. Neither was her superior or her fellow representative at check-in. After a long and stressful day at the airport, it was very disappointing to be treated in this way.

We just needed one night as part of larger vacation. Took forever to check in, later get keys, and then find the room. Only to be a 3rd floor walk up with an outward facing door. Felt somewhat safe, but wouldn’t have in a different area.

Great location for golfers. Catch the local buses and shop the downtown area a couple of miles away. Walk the spacious campus with beautiful gardens and enjoy the sunrise and sunset on the white sand beach. Resort restaurants offer plenty of choices with very friendly staff. Definitely a perfect beachfront experience.

My mom and I stayed for Thanksgiving. The room was spacious and clean. The property was well maintained. Staff was friendly and transportation was easily accessible. Only downfall was that we were on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. We enjoyed it so much, I booked another trip for July.

We were assigned a unit on the top with 23 flights of stair even after explaining our mobility issues. Cleaning staff neglected to leave towels and when called the front desk the said their was a shortage of clean towels this is unacceptable.i did not receive vip access benefits of free wine and breakfast per stay. Overall disappointed in our stay.

When I book this property through ******* it was advertised as “All inclusive” when I arrived the booking did not include the inclusive.

My boyfriend and stayed here for our first vacation together. It was AMAZING! Our room was so nice, with an amazing view of the pool and ocean, and even had an incredible balcony we spent many morning on! The staff here are so great, especially shout-out to Irwin the bell boy who made our stay even better with his wisdom of the island and generosity throughout our trip. The resort has a couple restaurants on the property, but also offers shuttles to other nearby Divi resorts (which we did not know before we showed up!). I have a lot of food allergies and the kitchens at the resort were very careful in making sure my food was safe for me to eat. Terrance down at the seabreeze bar was also SO kind and hilarious to talk to, plus he makes yummy drinks! We will be back for sure, and want to stay longer next time! Thank you Divi for an unforgettable trip!
