Suggest bathroom shower upgrade those has multi selection. TV Channel too old and keeps flickering and pause on every channels.
Bathroom only provide bath towels, no face and hand towels provide.
Make sure to check your bath towels before use.

A good located hotel based in central Jakarta. Hotel rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choices.

After check in
Go up to 12 floor butttt got trouble with key card error while tap in the room. Need waiting in line for 3 persons check in process ( only 1 receptionist ) only to get replacement tap in card, how horrible! But after all the receptionist say sorry to me, nice service.
After that i go to the room and only found ONE toothbrush kit. I called the room service. But no one come for hours. Need to call twice to get my toothbrush kit.
Has no proper tissue in toilet and barstand.

The place was nice, breakfast buffet some things where hit and miss some foods where cold.
Our aircon leaked water so the carpet in the room was wet. They just chucked down towels to try dry floor.
Went for a massage, was okay not the best. But they tried overcharging me.. telling me I ordered a 90min package. (I did) but only got 60mins. So wasn't paying for what I didn't get... overall was okay tho..

I found Jakarta unfamiliar and a little rough, but this hotel made things better. It was somewhat near Old Batavia, and there were some fun spots nearby. Everything was clean and service was efficient. The price was definitely right as well. Highly recommended.

- Slow check-in (only 1 person in receiption mid-day); surprising for a big hotel.
- Amazing room and housekeeping services 👏🏻
- Spacious, clean rooms, a tad old; great for those looking for nostalgia 😅
- Walking distances to old Chinatown and old town (Kota), and famous Mangga Besar food street.

Perfect hotel for two days in Jakarta...20 mins from the Ghambhir station and 50 minutes from T3 International Terminal...near to Plazza indonesia .
Nice swimming pool and clean ,big rooms.

Having a night stay in Mercure Jakarta Kota Hotel in saturday night. The hotel is not too crowded. The price is affordable.
The room facilities seems old but still Ok. Bath up, gym and pool are the facilities I got during stay. The location strategic near LTC and not too far if you want to go to Jakarta Fair.
Unfortunately the smoking smile is too strong. The hotel must do some deep clean in all the hotel area to reset up the condition. It does not match when no smoking sign everywhere but the smoking smell is almost everywhere. Maybe the previous policy allow smoking at the entire hotel.
Some fauchet need to be checked in order to keep it working well.
Overall it is worth it to stay here…
