I stayed at the hotel for five days. The staff was friendly but several things about this place were not good. (1) There was construction every day while I was there. It was very hard to do anything with the sound of wood cutting happening daily. (2) On the last night, I came home and the lock on my door would not work. I was locked out of my room for over 30 minutes and no one was there to help. They have no overnight front desk. It’s a little unsafe. In addition, from this experience the lock must have broke and my room was unlocked for the remainder of my trip. When I complained about it, I was told by the business owner that I was “entitled”. I did not know wanting access/help getting into my room was being “entitled”. Maybe stay here but pay with a credit card so when you are called “entitled” you can hold them accountable.

First, the people were all very nice and hospitable, especially Rafael. The hotel is conveniently located in town close to a convenience store and walking distance to various restaurants. Outside of that, I did not enjoy staying there. Breakfast is offered—the juice is freshly squeezed and delicious. I’ll leave it there. The room was clean. As for toiletries, two smaller than usual bars of hand soap are offered but bring your own bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. We left (knowing we would not get a refund) and stayed elsewhere, because the air quality in the room made me cough throughout the night. No A/C, but there is a floor fan in the room that we did use and made the situation worse for me. I don’t know why. As soon as I walked in the room, I’d cough. No screen doors. Not that I noticed many bugs outdoors. Again, the people who work here are very nice. This was just not a good match.

The great choice for my stay. Near the beach and the main street with affordable price and with the sea view from my bed. The breakfast was not too fancy but still sufficient.

I paid for a queen bad and was provided with a single bed my first night. I was moved after I complained about this matter. It was also extremely noisy the first night. I was in an area by an activity center with a dartboard. At 1 AM to 3 AM. I was disturbed by this annoying. Noise today. The staff was understanding and move me to a better area.

Malgré la vétusté des parties communes on se sent vraiment bien dans cet hébergement. Le personnel est très avenant et peut vous organiser des excursions. La chambre est spacieuse avec sa belle terrasse offrant une vue mer. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.
2 points négatifs seulement : pas de wifi dans les chambres alors qu’il suffirait simplement de rajouter un répétiteur dans le couloir et la vétusté de la salle de bains.

Me encantó este hotel porque no solo es un lugar muy limpio y cómodo sino también porque cada rincón te lleva a querer indagar más en la historia de la isla. Además los chiquillos muy atentos y simpáticos hicieron de mi viaje el mejor, enamorada de su hospitalidad y dedicación.

Estuve de paso por trabajo en este Hotel , por un mes , la atención siempre fue muy cordial , además el entorno es hermoso , Tupo el perrito del lugar es lo más tierno que vi y a los turistas les encanta , da bastante alegría a los niños tmb !! Espero volver pronto, lo recomiendo, cariños a Fernanda que siempre esta en recepción o en las dependencias con una sonrisa muy gentil. Queda cerca del centro , y la costa . Gracias por todo!! Primera vez que voy a la isla, y fue una experiencia increíble. En gran parte ayudó el Hotel, que se porto 10/10 en todo momento. Recibimiento acogedor en el aeropuerto, atención atenta en el hotel, ricos y contundentes desayunos, ubicación espectacular (a 1 cuadra de la calle principal y una cuadra de la costa). Las piezas muy espaciosas, cómodas y limpias. Además, cuentan con todo lo necesario para aprovechar al máximo la isla, como arriendo de bicicletas, cuatrimotos y vehículos. También cuentan con una agencia de tours, Hotu Matur, que parten puntualmente, tienen snacks y mantitas si hace frío, y los mas valorable, los guías son muy simpáticos y demuestran conocimiento.
