The room is large and air-conditioned. There is no kettle or refrigerator in the room. There are shared ones in the front lobby. There is wifi and the speed is okay.
The location of the hotel is good, it is convenient to go everywhere, there are many restaurants nearby, and it is very pleasant to hang out on the beach.
The hotel provides breakfast, the food is okay, the coffee is average.
When checking in, you can book your Moai itinerary at the front desk, which is very convenient.

Spacious rooms in bungalows; minimal internet access, except in lobby. Excellent location. 10-15 minute walk to center of town, but far enough away to be out of the hubbub. Very comfortable. AC worked well. Breakfast was adequate; limited choices, but similar to what we had at other Chilean and Argentinian hotels.

I didn’t stay in the hotel but patronised the restaurant which is great and the food is delicious. Also, the service they provided is unforgettable. They are friendly, sincere and patient. I ordered a local beer and the waiter later brought me three for me to choose with detailed explanations. I also expressed my appreciation the tuna tata to the waiter who replayed the same to the chef. The chef later explained the dish and thanked me. In all, I love this place. This meal is the best I tasted after a month travelling around in chile.

Excellent stay, great location, quiet pool and terrific restaurant. We had two (2) great dinners on the outdoor seating and superb view of the Pacific Ocean seaside of Hanga Roa. Great portions, superb value and terrific service. Staff member was able to assist in English, bartender spoke French. Always greeted with a smile and warm welcome.

Recently stayed three nights. Food was excellent. Usual breakfast buffet. All staff friendly. Easy walking distance to many little shops and restaurants. Nice clean swimming pool. We enjoyed the dance show one night in the hotel. 35000 pesos each for front row seats. There is a water machine in reception and also a fridge for anyone who wants to use it in the lobby. Pool bar opens 4 til 8. Bathroom was a little tired but as clean as it could be.

This is a very lovely hotel and close to the water but to swim, one should walk down to the approved areas for swimming which is a very short distance away. And one can see the area where the turtles swim as well. Has a pool and good restaurant. People running the hotel are very helpful and friendly. It is one block away from the main street where there is shopping for those needing beach wear and tee shirts. There are also two pharmacies on the main street if one has forgotten to get sunscreen lotion.

Nice location, easy walk into town. Restaurant overlooking the water for breakfast. However twice my ground floor balcony was left unlocked after housekeeping- real security risk. Messaged the hotel as the second time was on the last day so no more housekeeping- no reply. My room was near reception, phone very loud and slow to answer early night when trying to sleep.

Nice hotel with friendly welcome from the staff. The hotel is right on the beach road, seconds from the ocean, Room and shower fine. Breakfast had reasonable selection of food including the usual scrambled eggs. Restaurant food was nice, but rather cold. Limited choice of juice and ice cream. Only 5 minutes from supermarket and 10 minutes walk to lots of restaurants in the town and the excellent Kari Kari dance show. There is no fridge in the room, but there was a fridge in reception for the use of guests. There was also a water dispenser – great to fill up your bottle before going out to see the sights. Overall a good choice if you are staying on the island
