Overall, the hostel is good , the environment is good and the customer service is very friendly.  I love the lobby architectural design. Feelin the vibe.  The receptionist  are accommodating and friendly especially Hari  give star for the good service.  Aside from the shower  which is very hot  that you cant even take a shower. Other than that everything is  good with the affordable price.

Very close to everything. Safestay is good for the price and location which is worth it. Check in and check out time is horrible tho. Also the fact that you have to pay to store your baggage. Hmmm

The hotels layout is little congested but it was cheap for me to stay like 16 pounds per night without breakfast in the month of Jan. It on a very accessible location from the main town of Edinburgh with the 24 x 7 open reception for any queries. The staff were friendly and welcoming and directs you towards your assigned room. The crowd that shares the hostel dorms is very mixed starting from teenagers to 50s folks. The overall vibe is very youthful. This feedback is based on one day of my stay in Edinburgh. Thanks

I very happy with the staff they all are very cooperative and friendly and always smiling i booked for 4 night but i am very disappointed about one thing is blanket is very small size i asked one of the staff they said we have all same size but how is possible all ha same size my hight 5.8 inch and in 4 night i was sleep like a child if i put on face then my foot is naked if i want to cover my face then agin my foot is naked please pay focus i thing many people face this problem.

Good within price. Near the station so it doesn't take much time. Although the bathroom was shared, it still fit well for 4-5 people at the same time.

Wouldn’t recommend for several reasons: I booked a bunkbed in an all-female room. The pub next door was blasting music all night long, so loud that it made it impossible for everyone in my room to fall asleep. I know the price is cheap and “you get what you pay for,” but what’s the point of booking a hotel if you can’t even sleep at all? The hallway smelt bad too. Bathroom lack of maintenance for most of the time. The staff was friendly but that didn’t help with the overall experience of stay there.
