Lovely apartment with all the mod cons even a pod coffee machine. Some stunning stunning views and most importantly a very comfy bed! In a very nice quiet area with cafes and restaurants on the door step and then the lovely Meadows on the other side When I thought I’d lost my AirPods communication was very swift and Marc was in touch with the cleaning crew immediately!

The apartment had everything you'd need, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds, and comfortable living space. The best part is the location: close enough to the Royal Mile without it being soooo close that it's too busy/noisy. We weren't too far from getting to Arthur's seat either and there's a park directly behind the apartment that we were able to get in our morning run or walk. The team was attentive & kept communications line open to answer any questions and did it in a very timely manner. I'd choose this apartment to stay at again if I were to come back to Edinburgh for a visit in the future.

This is a comfortable modern apartment with breathtaking views over a park, old city and mountains. It is located next to the Art festival. Plenty of breakfast places and other conveniences around. Our beds were comfortable, water in showers hot and plentiful. Communication with management was prompt. Overall we would come back next time we are in Edinburgh!

The property barely had any staples in the apartment. I had to call the manager multiple times to get hand soap, toilet paper, etc.

An excellent location, a clean and comfortable apartment. A pity that the television sets were not functional (bedroom tv did not have a control, the living room tv could not be made to work), but in all respects just what we wanted.

First, there are not two king beds as indicated in the listing. They are full sized beds. The apartment seemed furnished from a second hand odds and ends store. The actual building and physical apartment and location were amazing with striking views and windows all around. Great patio. Hard to review this place as it was an odd mix of wow 5 star and disappointment (beds and furnishings). I wouldn’t want to stay there during a heat wave as the A/C was worthless. Fortunately, we didn’t need it. As having king sized beds was an actual priority for us — we were disappointed and actually left one night to stay at the Cheval Hotel (which was lovely). So — mixed review. If this were my flat, you would love it because the physical flat itself is spectacular. Suggest they invest in making the rental fit the standard of the amazing property.

Great location. We were unfortunately forced to change room during the 2 day visit view prior visitors leaving apartment in poor condition. The host did best to compensate and accommodate us so that made up for the inconvenience . Fantastic location with restaurants and easy walking too main sites
