We stayed one night at the hotel from Friday to Saturday. Top location right in the center and about 5 minutes walk you will find yourself in the center.
Hotel is beautiful and atmospheric. Reception is okay, you are welcomed with a Cava. I indicated that I do not drink alcohol, no other drink was offered. That's too bad. It was my husband's birthday. At check-in, the staff could have noticed this. This would have made the reception a bit more personal in our opinion.
Nice room and spacious with lots of light. Temperature very nice and king size bed was pleasant.
Hygiene could be better. Spider web (perhaps not seen by the cleaner due to the high ceiling), elder and skirting boards a bit dusty. Nevertheless, not disturbing.
Unfortunately no shower cap, but shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. And a hair dryer.
Facilities: good wellness (minus you have to reserve for an hour and only pick it up from the reception. In my opinion, this could be done more efficiently and in a more customer-oriented way.
Booking breakfast separately is not recommended, quite expensive for a buffet. A 5-minute walk takes you to the center with a branch of good and nice restaurants (or the Ah). Hotel could better respond to this to reduce costs.
Overall great hotel if you want to stay in the center.

Magnificent building, friendly staff and modern, clean room. Great view, lovely decor and an extra cot placed without additional cost. Would recommend to visit just for the site, but everything else was in order as well. Very positive experience

Looks beautiful, very clean, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, great location… having stayed here a few times for short business trips, I would highly recommend this hotel. Only downside is that certain rooms are quite small.

Right in the citycenter but without the citycenter noice. Beautiful Old building renovated with a modern twist that really suits the place. Very good breakfast at Brasserie Rita. We would difinitely stay here again if we return til Eindhoven.

Well designed quite new hotel, nice atmosphere contrast between old historical buildings and new interventions. Good brasserie Rita and top restaurant Goyvaerts!! In the city center and close by station and van Abbemuseum. Nice rooms! Good beds.

Old monastery, the restaurant was also very nice and tasteful. Very good wellness, good rooms, perfect beds, nice and helpful employees, service was more than perfect. We recommend this hotel for sure and would go back immediately.

I'm happy I chose Hotel Marienhage for my mini staycation! From the moment I walked into the hotel I felt a type of zen. The people at the front desk were helpful and I loved my room! Eye for details for sure! Also, the sauna was lovely. I had it all to myself. It was not far from the city center so everywhere I wanted to go was right in walking distance.
