We really enjoyed our stay here. Just a few blocks from restaurants and shops, so quiet and peaceful. Very helpful and friendly staff at the front desk and during breakfast. Room clean and spacious. The staff was enthusiastic and available for assistance and recommendations. Highly recommended!

The hotel is just off the main street It is a basic/spartan hotel in need of upkeep and overhaul most : doors and walls are flimsy, so you can eavesdrop on the conversation in neighboring rooms, there is no elevator etc Our room on the first floor had the window facing a wall 2 meters away and the electric plugs detached from the wall. Bathroom fixtures were mismatched and ill fitting, the tub had multiple dents that damaged the enamel , the door did not close etc Food was ok at breakfast, not good in the evening (salad was ok, the trout was well past its prime and overcooked) Drinks at the bar are not particularly commendable Staff is nonetheless helpful

I would recommend this hotel without reservation. Cleanliness, helpful and accommodating staff, and ideal location all describe our experience! Our rooms were tidied each day and the breakfast service was a pleasure. We enjoyed the box lunch for our hike as well! If we had the good fortune to return to this beautiful town we would certainly stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful service!!!!

Great staff who explained the trails to you. Warm, friendly and helpful. Shout out to mateo and Camilla. Clean rooms, good location and great front lobby to sit and drink and share your trail stories. Warm and inviting! Good breakfast. Spent 3 nights.

The hotel is nice and its staff is super friendly (in a nice, not false way like so many others). The lady who received us was lovely and very helpful, she was always ready to help whenever we had a question or when I, for example, asked the room to not have perfume in as I'm quite sensitive to fragrances. She immediately wrote down a note so the maid knew not to put any. The breakfast is nice and it has good selections. I would probably add individual fruits for those who want a fruit but not fruit salad (it's absolutely delicious tho). The room is pleasant, but the heater is put to the top when we first came in. We turned it off and opened the window which made it much nicer. Bathroom is also nice and functional.

Loved this hotel! The staff was incredible, friendly and helpful - above and beyond. Our room was lovely, large and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options and an excellent staff. The location is adjacent to the main street for restaurants with good choices very close. The town is small enough that all locations are walkable to trail heads. We would definitely stay here again. 6 Stars!

The nicest place in our trip. The room was clean, big, nice, perfect location, very good breakfast and the staff were super nice and helpful. We had a very nice stay and on top of all the price for value was more than great. Best choice in our trip!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Lunajuim largely due to all of Roxana's attention and friendliness. We were loaded with questions about local hikes, upcoming weather, locations, scenic landscapes for photography, transportation, and more. Roxana would thoroughly answer our questions and go above and beyond to help us find the answers. Due to being bilingual in Spanish and English, Roxana (jokingly) offered me a job at Lunajuim. It would be an honor to be your co-worker Roxana :) As far as the room, it was clean, large, and contained all the basic amenities. We enjoyed the breakfast options and appreciated the hotel's proximity the center of town and trailheads. Unfortunately, the one complaint we had was the spotty WiFi. Nonetheless, I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay at El Chalten.
