AC where not working properly. Hot water only in the morning. Beds are dirty they need to replace them.

the breakfast is very quickly only two hours from 7am to 9am I think the perfect schedule would be from 8 am to 10 am

Bathroom dirty… not enough trash cans and no hot water to take a bath. Poor options for breakfast

Coffee machine and juice machine was not working, breakfast was limited with just bread and doughnuts. Cleanliness is missing and bathroom doors were not closing properly and hairdryer was not working.

The worst stay ever. The hot water stopped working in the middle of my shower and I got sick getting rid of the shampoo with cold water. I was supposed to shower my 1 yo baby after and they never answered at front desk. I had to go personally and after they told me they were gonna fix it, they did nothing... I went again and I heard they didn't have anyone to solve the problem. When I arrived the TV remote didn't worked so they gave me a universal one, but they told me I had to program it... I was downloading codes and watching YouTube tutorials so my 7 yo kid watched cartoons, and it never worked so they kept giving me different remotes and the 5th worked. The staff was kind but the hotel gave us the hardest time in our lives, also they only had waffles for breakfast. In their web they say they provide with cribs and infant beds, which is not true and that was the main reason we chose the hotel. We had to cancel the next two nights and go to another hotel.

I was very pleasantly surprised by my room, amenities and cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. Room included: tv, microwave, fridge and very strong internet.

We didn’t have hot water to take a shower. When talking with the front desk person, she said to give it about an hour because everybody was using the shower. We tried after an hour and still no hot water.
