La primera habitación tenía la calefacción dañada, la segunda habitación tenía un olor muy fuerte a cigarrillos y nicotina y siendo una persona asmática me callo muy mal ya en la tercera habitación pues pude pasar mi noche normal. This is an old building which the owners are upgrading.
The rooms are lovely. The restaurant food was good and the service 'small town friendly'. They offer a REAL full breakfast for free (four option choices) and it was excellent.
I stay in Elko overnight occasionally for work and usually just grab a room in one of the old 50s row motels. From now on, I will be staying here.

The hotel is outdated but decent: the staff is very friendly, the check in is easy, and the rooms are comfortable. The price is adequate. While the room and bathroom appeared clean, we were a little concerned with the standard of care when we discovered that the we ended up with 7 shampoos, most of them half-used, and no other toiletries. We've stayed there before and we will stay there again due to convenient location.

Overall the stay was great! The shower head was broken but they replaced it immediately. And the refrigerator didn't work. I didn't have the time to report it.

I requested a non smoking room and was put in a smoking room. The room itself was comfortable besides the smoky smell otherwise it was a good stay.
