Just had beautiful relaxing time at ellis beach bungalows ,the park is looking amazing eveything been renovated ,the bungalows have been renovated and looking amazing and comfortable,lots of new areas to relax around the park ,uncover or in the beautiful beach front ,very friendly staff ,we will be returning shortly ,loved our sty

We absolutely love staying here. We live locally and have found this place to be such a gem! Situated right on the beach, all accommodations and bathroom blocks are spotless! Great bungalows and campsites, the staff are always so welcoming, easy going and friendly. Nice big swimming pool & always cool, usually our pools in FNQ are warm to swim in. An added bonus is having the Bar/Restaurant directly across the road, they do great food & live music, so it's a win all around. We will continue to go there as often as we can, we love it.

Really great ocean view cabin. Staff really friendly and helpful. Have stayed here many times and will definitely stay here again!!! Good comfortable double bed with aircon. Kitchen had a stovetop which was a bit rusty but it worked fine. Thanks.

This is a very beautiful location and the price reflects that, but it is not often you go to sleep with the sounds of the ocean in your ears (also the traffic). Do your self a favour and get up early for the sunrise it is stunning. There is an occasional waft of sewerage from somewhere that is certainly not very nice but still we would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone. Beautiful gardens and pool, and reception have a good basic selection of bit and pieces.

Beachfront powered site. Staff so friendly and welcoming. We love that it's pet friendly now too. A good number of dogs around, all well behaved and on leash and with happy, responsible owners. Great vibe, love staying here. We had lunch at the restaurant over the road (same owners) , with our dogs who were made very welcome too. A staff member followed us in and we thought he was going to ask our dogs to move, but he came with water bowls and dog biscuits instead ! Loved it

The back row powered sites were extremely small and they pack them in. Unfortunately very noisy due to Cook Highway Location. Whilst we paid for four nights, we left after two as there was nothing making us want to stay. Beachfront location is lovely, that’s the best it has going for it

We love staying at Ellis Beach Bungalows, from the first point of contact/booking the service is absolutely wonderful, friendly, accommodating & professional. This is our 3rd visit to Ellis Beach Bungalows & definitely won’t be the last. Wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. Although it’s about 25mins out of cairns centre, hire a car & sight seeing is all in a good driving distance and going back to the bungalows just tops off a fantastic day. The grounds are always clean & kept clean by the hardworking grounds people. The facilities are the same, always clean (laundry area) Definitely the best place to stay.

20/08/2023 Permanent resident site 20 runs his very noisy GENERATOR áll day, évery day instead of booking a powered site. Very annoying! Complaining to management doesn't help at all. Campground WIFI still doesn't work.

The view was perfect, cabins are clean and comfortable and right on the beach. The staff were extremely helpful and accomodating. Hope to come back and highly recommend a stay here. Absolutely wonderful!!
