Extraordinary Amazing Customer Service by the Reception Team Member named Marjaan. She was really friendly, positive and her willingness to help was beyond expectation. She gave all the information and helped during my whole stay at the hotel. I would recommend Marjaan to my family & friends so that they can come and experience the incredible service she provides.

Terrible nights sleep. I asked for a quiet room. Put next to kids banging, running up and down the corridor, doors separating the corridor very squeaky. Rang reception at midnight, seemed to quieten down but could not get back to sleep. I asked for a refund the next day to be told I would have to ring customer services! Another guy also said he had the same issue. Completely unacceptable. Give a full refund at the time!

I really enjoyed my stay at Premier Inn as I got to have a great nights sleep. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was lovely and hot. Also, the tv had a nice choice of programmes to watch! I would definitely recommend staying at Premier Inn, Enfield if you are ever in the area.

Very comfortable and friendly staff, highly recommend. The hotel is near McDonald’s and a lovely restaurant/ bar next to the hotel. Highly recommend

Very nice hospitability, room was clean, cleaner as patient and didn’t get rid of me. Reception staff were nice and Marian was on top of her job. I will rate her 5 star

Only stayed the night but the hotel did what it needed to do. Great beds and breakfast. Thanks Klaudia for the warm welcome. I stop now and then so I’ll be back soon. I appreciate all the hard work from all the staff. Rooms need a bit of doing as they are a bit tired looking
