酒店給人的感覺真的非常的驚喜，非常安靜，而且樓下就有健康步道，吃完飯去散散步真的非常棒！衞生各方面也值得表揚！五星好評！另外恩施的風景真的非常棒，值得大家過來看一看

前台小姐姐熱情待客，周到服務讓人映像深刻。下次出差依然選擇這個酒店，同時也會推薦朋友入住本酒店。旁邊就是清江，風雨橋，離土司城女兒城都是2.3公里，都非常方便。一次好的入住，往往就是一個小的細節。

酒店房間設施齊全，使用較方便，唯一不足是免費停車位太緊張，且在酒店門前的馬路上，在較遠的地方也有免費停車場，很不方便；衞生很好；周邊環境較好，在外面吃飯較方便。希望酒店能在路邊明顯位置樹立酒店方向位置的指路牌。

有史以來住過的最讓人鬱悶的一次的城市便捷了，設施比較陳舊也就不説了，本來是訂了4天 衹住了2天就退房了 因為在廁所裏被隱翅蟲咬了，腿上的大包幾天了都沒消 這麼多年第一次被咬 真的很難受 問前台衹會給你説他們有殺蟲 有用嗎？
退房後，預付的後2天房款一直不退，差點我都忘了，要不是攜程提醒我都沒發現
真的是太差勁的一次體驗
