Best Western Hotel Leonardo da Vinci

Dated hotel in late 70s style. At the reception on my arrival, they wanted advance payment. Little empathy and little dialogue. I had to ask to make sure that the air conditioning and heat pump could work, in the sense that it appeared blocked and not working. Overall clean room. Basic breakfast without infamy and without praise. Overall just enough, but in my opinion a little below the 4-star standard

I stayed in this hotel for work, reception available and professional, room clean and with every comfort. Recommended the restaurant of the structure, fast and elegant service. Bar open until evening, sometimes at flexible times with various coocktail choices. Large outdoor parking. Recommended

The hotel is, in my opinion, ideal for moving towards Como or towards Lecco. A stone's throw from both of these provincial capitals, it's a quiet place. The staff is courteous, the restaurant kitchen offers simple but very tasty and genuine dishes. I personally liked the room both in terms of cleanliness and visually speaking. In short, a hotel that truly deserves the four stars it already has!

I work in a travel agency that also organizes group trips, for Easter, from 15/04 to 18/04/22 we organized a trip to Lake Como and we slept in this hotel for 2 nights and ate a meal and a dinner plus the breakfasts ... in my experience as a tour escort it was quite a lot that I could not find a hotel so well managed, well organized, with kind, helpful, prepared and professional staff. Very clean rooms and common areas, exiting the elevator and walking through the corridors you can smell the smell of cleanliness ... the restaurant is also excellent for organization, service and speed of service, very good and well served dishes ... breakfast well organized even with the presence of several groups, the breakfast room is well divided, staff present and kind, excellent quality of food ... perhaps the croissants could be improved a little ... truly accomplishments ... for sure if we reorganize trips, excursions in these areas this hotel will be our point of reference, really well done

Excellent value for money, well maintained hotel with professional and very helpful staff. Excellent cuisine with typical Lombard courses, even the end of the year dinner was excellent. So I recommend it to both young and old people as in our case.

Ottimo hotel, molto confortevole, staff cortese e professionale, il fiore all'occhiello è il Ristorante, una varietà di piatti, cucinati con passione, estro e fantasia. Carta dei vini molto fornita, il Maitre Carlo mette a proprio agio e ti accompagna in un percorso che ti coinvolge totalmente. Lo consiglio vivamente

Chiedono cauzione su asciugamani non ritrovati nelle stanze (mai cambiati e aggiungo stanza da tre con un asciugamano da corpo per tre persone quindi mai messi in stanza)senza sapere gli addetti alle pulizie frugano e fanno sparire oggetti personali dalle valigie compreso soldi , approfittando del fatto che stavano alloggiando dei ragazzi , facendoli passare per ladri !!!ps: la cauzione con i soldi spariti era stata data in abbondanza
