Place was clean, room was huge bed was comfortable. I asked if I could get wash clothes for 2 days and never received them. Food was ok.

It was so noisy. It’s a hotel and people above us seemed to walk hard and disturb us!! The heater/ AC didn’t work correctly! Otherwise, nice hotel and reasonable. The breakfast hot food was not good!

First room was missing sheet between comfortor and fitted sheet, bed was poorly made and the toilet seat was left up. Called front desk and she immediately moved us to a nearby room which was good. The breakfast was very mediocre. (OJ was out in machine)

About the only thing going for the hotel was that it is convenient to travel from to get to the ******. The tv reception in the room was terrible -- in and out. Called the service desk and were told it was due to it being windy. The rooms were not what I would consider clean. One of the two beds looked slept in. Breakfast was ok.

Breakfast buffet was very good! We always stay here when we come to Presque isle Downs. Cannot get any closer ...which comes in handy when you get "stuck" at the ******.
