My husband and I stayed here for one night and it was the perfect stay. We arrived at 1AM and left the next morning for the desert, but had a wonderful sleep at this hotel. Bed was very comfortable and room was super clean and very spacious. It’s definitely perfect for one night! They served us a huge breakfast, and although delicious, I truly wished they didn’t serve us soooo much food as we really don’t eat that much, but it was delicious and fresh. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel if you want to break the route to the desert specially if arriving on a late flight.

We stayed there for two nights as a part of our group travel. Our room on the first floor, was very spacious, immaculately, clean and beautifully decorated. The sofa was quite hard. The toilet was separate and the shower was with the sink. The curved wall of the toilet was interesting. Music system in the toilet was a bonus. The buffet dinner was a let down as we didn’t get any desserts. There were 4 large empty dishes which didn’t get refilled even after we requested. The second night was a la carte as we were the only guests but food was ok. Breakfast buffet was not great either compared to other hotels in Morocco. The lobby and the hotel grounds were very pretty indeed.

We stayed here for one night as part of a tour of Morocco. I left my AirPods under the pillow, emailed the hotel to ask them if they had found them and if so, could they post them back to me in the UK. They did and didn't ask me to reimburse the postage, even though I offered. So not only did we have a delightful stay there in a beautiful location, but I was able to retrieve my AirPods thanks to the management’s care and excellent service.

Had an amazing stay at the hotel, the staff are fantastic and welcoming. The hote room was huge and comfortable and immaculately clean, food was delicious. Great facilities, swimming pools and Spa. We orginally booked for 1 night but stayed longer because we loved it so much. Easy access to the desert.

Manager was condescending from the start and it went downhill from there. In room fridge didn’t work and when we reported it, he made it seem like it was our fault. All anyone talked about at meals was the shower. Plastic trash set in the middle of the room. Look, I get it, you are headed to stay in the desert and you need a hotel to stay in on your way. Just keep your expectations low. Restaurant staff were nice and very helpful. Buffet food was all cold for dinner and breakfast. A new manager would go a long ways to improving this place.

My understanding is one of better ones in area. Rooms can be a bit quirky. Split bathroom, toilet and bidet in tiny room where it makes it tough to utilize the toilet. Shower and water goes everywhere. Good water pressure and temp variation. Rooms not soundproof. Had dinner and breakfast which was ok. Staff seemed friendly and service oriented. Pools looked nice and its a pretty setting if you come in warmer weather. I suspect you stay here because you want to visit the sahara so the hotel is a comfortable option. But I wouldn’t want to stay more than a couple nights. Bed was VERY hard.

This was an interesting place. Rooms are in building looking like castles. Room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Unlike others, I found the bed very comfortable. Everything worked with no problems. We had a dinner and two breakfasts that were fine. The staff was very helpful although they all seemed new - not surprising after COVID. The grounds were suffering from the drought. The hedges were all dying, The big pool was well maintained and enjoyable.

We were the only guests which was a little creepy. The staff seemed to be trying really hard but there are a lot of thongs that need attention before this hotel could be rated above a three. It is too bad because it is a cool looking place at first glance. 1. Shower didn't work. 2. Hardest most uncomfortable bed, I have ever experienced anywhere in the world. 3. Satellite TV tuned to all Arabic stations. 4. Phone didn't work. This normally wouldn't matter much, but it is a bit of a walk to the main building from all the rooms. A big inconvenience when you are undressed and ready to get in the shower and find out it doesn't work!
