Hotel Konak Mazlum

We came to the hotel with a tour, we checked in on the evening of August 14, and we just checked out. I visited the hotel with so many tours, I did not see anything as beautiful as this place.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, the breakfast is extremely successful, but we had a problem that unfortunately I would not recommend that hotel even to my enemies. I put the clothes I use during the day in the white bags that I describe as dirty. The attendant who came to clean the room thought this bag as garbage and threw it away. When I noticed this, I immediately reported it to the reception. First they said garbage and then they said yes you were right. I asked how you will solve it, they said they will call you. In the following minutes, the hotel manager called and said that there was a problem caused by putting my dirty clothes in a white bag, and that half of the problem was mine. I said that I will determine where and how I will put my dirty clothes, not you. I said that the housekeeper should look into this. Then they said let's pay you for the t-shirt. I told the brand and the maximum price. How would we know? I said if I were to screw you, I would say ultra-expensive brands. Well, they said let's give a 10% discount, this difference is not even the cost of the t-shirt. I talked to my wife, who is also a lawyer, and said that when I returned to Ankara, I would start the necessary legal proceedings. After hearing this, they said ok, let's give you a discount on the highest price. They stayed on track in terms of customer satisfaction. I have stayed in many lower star hotels and never experienced such an event. Extremely poor after approach. If we did not say that we will file a lawsuit, they proved us wrong and wanted to go to the top. If we don't know our rights, we will say okay. It would be a worthy move to give at least one night as a gift, but unfortunately they were in trouble to close it for cheap. We spent our lives waiting for the elevator, room cleaning is very poor. Carpet, wall, sofas are in disgrace. I will warn anyone who wants to go again not to go.

It is a perfect hotel for accommodation with its friendly staff and quality service understanding with its open buffet breakfast view. Its facilities are centrally located in the city, making it easily accessible.

From the moment we enter the hotel to the moment we leave, the friendly and caring attitude of all the staff is really worth seeing. There is everything you will need in the cleaning order of the rooms. The food, especially the breakfast, is amazing. I would recommend it to everyone.

Maalesef otel beklentilerin çok altında , odalar duvarlar yatak başları , çok pis , hazır diye bizi odaya aldılar, duşta bir önceki misafirden kalan yarısı kullanılmış şampuan ve duş jeli vardı,odadaki klima çalışırken ,traktör gibi bir ses çıkardığında n, klimayı açamadık , tavsiye edemeyeceğim ,

Harika konsept ve tertemiz odalar.hijyen konusunda dikkatli davranılması da ayrıca dikkatimi çekti. Güler yüzlü personel için de ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Kahvaltı ve yemekler de harikaydı. Herşey için teşekkürler

9-12 Mayıs tarihleri arasında iş maksatlı otelinizde bulunduk. Odalar tertemizdi , kahvaltı ve yemekler harikaydı .otel görevlileri her zaman ulaşılabilir durumdaydı ve çok ilgili davrandılar. Herşey için teşekkürler
